So we walked in anyways and there was one person who was fully booked and the person I was originally booked with wasn't even there. If you want people to solely book online you may want to update your schedule. Because there were openings from 1:30pm-5:15pm available online. I was incredibly disappointed at the communication. I was also charged a $5 fee to hold my appointment and it was not removed. I had to contact my card company to dispute the charge.
