While aerial yoga definitely requires some flexibility and upper body strength, it wasn't too difficult to enjoy as a beginner. Amy was my instructor, and she was absolutely wonderful and encouraging. She explained each move clearly and made sure we all understood how important it is to listen to our bodies and not push too hard. The experience was both fun and inspiring. There are so many cool tricks and techniques to explore, and now I'm motivated to keep improving. I'll definitely be back and next time, I'm bringing friends!

I finished the course and got my…read morelicense today. i had a history of starting and stopping driving studies since 2019, I had no confidence in myself. After this course, I feel amazing and it's fantastic to finally be able to drive. Mr Tiller and Nekia are so sweet and calming, I felt very comfortable in the car and learning from them. They were also very accommodating with their hours and great getting back to me within a few days via email. The only thing to beware is some content in the drivers ed class can be frightening. Don't speed out there! Great class otherwise, I was able to complete the course quickly on my own time. Amazing course! Amazing people and amazing results! Thank you!!
