From coffee to alcoholic drinks and all types of snacks for the kiddos! The place was kept very clean which I loved. They have a play area for babies and then a big kid area but you see all of them roaming around together. This was a no shoe area and the kids get a prize at the end! The staff were very friendly and were seen cleaning up after the kids to keep the area as clean and neat as you possibly could. Would definitely recommend and come here again!!

We spent $60 on admission and $75 on food for my mom, myself, my daughter, and nephew. The food used to be soooooo good and now it's just okay- not bad but not great like it used to be. The toys & areas had ripped books, chipped paint, was just not in goood condition/ which for the cost, it absolutely should be better. The thing that really got to me was the fact that we picked the 4-7 pm slot. As soon as it hit 6 pm, they turned the music completely off and turned off some of the lights... it was so dreary that I assumed it was almost 7, but to my surprise barely six! It's a quiet "I'm done with the day so please leave" and honestly 100% the reason we will not be back. If I paid for a 3 hour experience that cost an arm and a leg/ don't make us feel uncomfortable for the last hour. It was awkward and rude and I could see the employee in the corner just waiting for us to leave. Such a bummer because we have been going since it opened- literally was one of the first people to go. We recently had a baby and wanted to wait for her to get her vaccines before taking her to kids spaces, we got my daughter so excited to go today and just felt so bad when we left. Like a disappointment for her & a waste of money for us There's also exposed cords & outlets which is not safe. The outlets alongside the seats are very easy for babies to dig into. The cords above the ball pit seems like a huge liability??

The automatic doors parted before me like the gates to a forbidden arena. My heart pounded--not…read morefrom fear, but from anticipation. The smell hit me first: burning rubber mixed with ozone, a bouquet that spoke of countless battles fought on these very tracks. I approached the counter, signed the waiver with trembling hands. This was it. My initiation into the world of electric velocity. The safety briefing washed over me. Speed limits. Racing lines. Flags. But my mind was already elsewhere, imagining the perfect lap, the flawless execution of every turn. Then I saw it: the kart. Sleek. Silent. Deadly. I lowered myself into the molded seat, gripped the steering wheel. The moment my foot touched the accelerator, everything changed. The instant torque slammed me back into my seat! No engine roar, no warming up--just pure, unadulterated acceleration that felt like being shot from a cannon! The first corner approached rapidly. I braked--perhaps too hard--and felt the rear end slide ever so slightly. My pupils dilated. This was it. This was the dance. Turn two. I remembered the instructor's words. Brake early. Apex late. Accelerate through. My body moved on instinct, finding the rhythm, becoming one with the machine. By lap three, everything crystallized. The track revealed its secrets to me. That slight banking in corner four. The deceptive tightness of the chicane. Each revelation was a flavor explosion on my palate--bitter defeat transformed into sweet victory! Other racers surrounded me. I could feel their presence, their fighting spirit! We weaved through corners in formation, each seeking that perfect line, that extra tenth of a second. When I finally executed a flawless outside pass on the long straight, my entire body surged with electricity! The laps blurred together in a symphony of speed. Left, right, brake, accelerate--a recipe perfected through repetition, each iteration bringing me closer to nirvana. And then, too soon, the checkered flag. My final time flashed on the screen. I stumbled from the kart, legs shaking, heart racing, a massive grin splitting my face. The other racers gathered around the timing board, comparing battle scars and bragging rights. This wasn't just fun. This was transcendent. This was speed distilled to its purest essence, served at precisely the right temperature to ignite the soul! K1 Speed had delivered a five-star experience that left me hungry for more.

I gave this location (2) stars for the staff when you come in to register (they were helpful and…read morewelcoming) and because of my food (which took a while to order because the girl who took our orders seemed like she was not all there --for lack of better words-- she made the ordering process longer and difficult than it needed to be). The biggest issue was a staff around the track --this (1) girl in particular appeared to be having too much fun slowing certain go-karts down with her red remote, imo. But I'll get back to that in a sec. We decided to eat first: Food was okay-- ordered pepperoni pizza (they almost left it in too long and some of the crust was burnt. Had to break those pieces off and eat around it) and Pepsi in a bottle. My bro got sliders, wings, tots and Pepsi. His food took a while so we couldn't really eat together. Ended up sharing my food while we waited for his to come out -- which was weird since we were the only ones there who had ordered anything. When his food finally arrived he ate some of it and threw the rest away --guess he wasn't impressed. He mentioned it was "decent". Now to the races: Multiple people came and bumped me trying to get past me --never saw her slow their go-carts down but she definitely slowed down me and my bro multiple times when we were the ones getting bumped continuously. It got to the point where I just purposely stayed the last racer just to try and enjoy the experience and made no attempts to move up the ranks. Idk what the men's restroom looked like but the women's restroom had lots of gnats! Paper towels overflowing from the discard. Important to note: For as many staff as they had lollygaging around near the track you would think the place would be spotless. There weren't a whole lot of customer so definitely some staff could've been putting in some time and effort to clean around the place. Ultimately: We paid for (3) races. Ended up only using (2) mutually agreeing it was time to get outta there. Leaving the 3rd race on our accounts for another visit that we will be using at ANOTHER LOCATION. No I don't recommend and doubt I'd be returning. This review is reflective of my visit on 11/7/25 Duration of stay around 2hrs.

We were…read moreeven given a card for a complimentary return visit, which we decided to use as an end of school celebration for the kids. Before coming, I called the day before to ask about the timing and any restrictions. At no point was I told that my 6 year old daughter would not be allowed to enter during Toddler Hour. Had I been informed, I would have planned differently. When we arrived, my daughter was told she could not participate because she was too old. She was understandably disappointed and confused about why she was being excluded. We accepted the rule and decided we would sit together and do crafts while the younger children played. Surprisingly, we were then told she could not even enter the space with us. What I find most frustrating is the lack of practical consideration. The younger children were sold tickets and are not allowed to be left unattended, yet my older child was not permitted to remain with us. The policies seemed to contradict one another and left us in an impossible situation. I completely understand having age based rules and designated toddler play times. My issue is not the policy itself. My issue is that it was never communicated when I specifically called ahead to ask, and there was no effort made to find a reasonable solution once we arrived. The result was a very disappointed child and a family celebration that quickly turned stressful. On principle, I found the experience unsupportive and unnecessarily rigid. I left feeling disappointed by the customer service and the lack of empathy shown in handling what could have been a simple situation.

It actually has potential to be a great place but its not quite there. I have two children, ages 4 and 6, we had a monthly membership for a few months. The price is so affordable compared to other children indoor play places. We paid $32 which allowed for 2 hours a day of play Mon-Sun. I thought this would be a great place to go in the evenings to burn off some energy before the kids have to get ready for bed. The issue is that they don't have enough staff working on the weekday evenings (the two hours before close time) and some of the rides require staff supervision so then instead of having more staff working the evenings, they simply close the ride. We end up going and the kids can't enjoy the place because some of their favorite rides are closed (like the zipline and the big slide). This is more just my preference, but I really don't like when I take my children to an indoor playground and then find video games/screens available to them. The whole point of indoor playground is so that the kids can move and be active. I don't like that they have two big screen type areas (one by the basketball court and one by the big slide). Lastly, the place is HUGE! but a couple of the attractions take up sooooo much of the space. There is also a big lobby/shoe area taking up so much space. It could be reduced and still provide more than enough room for shoes/belongings. When you're there you do see how big it is but then you finish going through the open rides and then you're like ... that was it? Lots of space not being best utilized.
