Shrimp burger can be made spicy or regular... It was yummy

For some reason, it's extra loud in here today with the TVs... We haven't been here for a while, but I don't remember the TVs being this loud... Maybe it's cause I'm in the center of the restaurant or a right underneath the speaker. Well, that would be great if you wanna watch a game... Right now the Dolphins and Patriots are on as well as Jets and the bills. So, if you don't have a TV package for football, then come here. Had the shrimp burger and it was really good. Steak fries are good with a side of nacho sauce. Server kept our drinks topped up. Good experience.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly. Great place to watch sports event. Awesome food selection. Nice dog friendly patio.

Good spot for the kiddos and watching sport, but you pay for it. I pay less for a good burger at a nice formal restaurant, make no sense to pay $18 for a burger here unless you really want 50 TVs. Good enough burgers, friendly staff, lots of room, clean restaurant, just not the right price for this kind of experience.

Honeslty too many random choices on the menu...can't tell if it's a Mexican restaurant or a burger joint. Food was so so. Not a fan of the tortilla soup, the chicken just didn't sit right with me and the soup wasn't hot enough. This is very much feels like an old diner meets gas station vibes. Service was ok, they didn't give us enough plates and placed my spoon on the table.... I may be picky on this one but honestly we all know tables are that clean so I would not want to have my silverware that's going in my mouth placed directly in the table. They also messed our check and charged us with someone else's bill but they quickly discovered and fixed the issue. Anyways not a fan.

Beef dip was very disappointing, however the burger was great. stick to burgers .

One of the more relaxing sit down areas off Monterey in Palm desert, Great burgers, was disappointed with the beef dip. Hope they improve it soon.

Fine steakhouses often stand out, while café-style dining is usually more ordinary. However, Waters Café at Agua Caliente completely flipped those expectations, offering a dining experience so exceptional it compelled me to share. We arrived at the casino on August 4th, 2026, just in time for lunch at 1 PM, and decided to give Waters Café a try. For our meal, we enjoyed the short rib sandwich paired with perfectly crispy onion rings and French fries, accompanied by a barbecue chicken salad that was bursting with flavor. What made the experience even better was how accommodating our server was. She thoughtfully offered to split our meals onto separate plates, allowing both of us to share in the delight of each dish. This small yet considerate gesture set the tone for the wonderful service we were about to experience. A young gentleman, who we noticed was responsible for delivering meals to tables, made the experience even more memorable. He was in his early twenties, about 5'6" tall, with medium-length dark hair, and his professionalism stood out every step of the way. When he brought our meals, he kindly described what was on each plate, ensured everything was just right, and even offered additional condiments. His kind demeanor and cheerful attitude added a layer of warmth to the experience. I also observed him providing the same impeccable service to other diners throughout the room, displaying a blend of professionalism and genuine hospitality that truly exemplifies excellent customer service. The next morning, August 5th, we returned to Waters Café, this time for breakfast, and it was as exceptional as lunch had been. I ordered the ground turkey and sweet potato Power Bowl, which included sautéed spinach, peppers, and egg whites. As someone who doesn't normally gravitate toward breakfast, I was astonished at how flavorful and expertly crafted this dish was. It was a wholesome, utterly satisfying way to start the day, and it reinforced my admiration for the restaurant's commitment to quality. For lunch later that day, at approximately 12:50 PM, I once again found myself drawn to Waters Café to explore more from the menu--and was not disappointed. Our server, Alyina, was fantastic right from the start. She greeted me warmly, took her time to explain the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. While I ultimately opted for the Chinese chicken salad, I confessed to craving the onion rings again from the day before. True to the café's reputation for going above and beyond, Alyina was able to have a small order of onion rings added to my meal, making the experience all the more special. Her attention to detail, cheerful interaction with guests, and pride in the café's offerings added such a personal touch to the overall dining experience. She truly exemplifies what great hospitality looks like, and I sincerely hope her managers recognize the stellar job she does. Once again, during this lunch, the same young gentleman with medium-length hair brought my meal to the table. True to form, his warm attitude and professionalism were consistent, making sure everything was perfect and wishing me an enjoyable meal. He's a standout team member, and his contributions to the overall experience haven't gone unnoticed. I regret not writing his name down, but I hope management recognizes his exceptional performance. In conclusion, Waters Café is far more than just a place to grab a bite between casino games--it's an experience of quality, care, and culinary delight. From flavorful, thoughtfully presented meals to the attentive and friendly service, each visit has been nothing short of stellar. My heartfelt thanks go to the team at Waters Café, and especially to Alyina and the young gentleman who brightened our dining experiences. I eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable meal.

Paul Bar is a fabulous experience, I've been here many times and the food as well as the service are always excellent! One of the many really interesting parts is there is a line to get in that starts well before the place opens up at 4 pm and it's like that most of the night HOWEVER the line moves quickly and once you get inside....OMG, you are transported into a really cool, dimly lit, swanky NY supper club with leather booths, tall bar tables plus there's seating at the bar (with many colorful locals that you'll probably end up making friends with) and the selection of food & drinks are so diverse, everything that my friends and I have ordered have been outstanding! Paul the owner who is very sweet is always there and oversees everything in his own quiet way to make sure everything is running smoothly and that his guests are happy, Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is the place to go for really great food, a fun time and an immersive experience and I promise you'll come back

Totally worth the wait. Only open 5 nights a week, with seating for under 45 people, and frequented by locals in the know as well as savvy travelers, your dining experience begins with Paul escorting you to either your table or a seat at the bar. Strap in to enjoy great cocktails and a delicious dinner. There are, as I recall, daily specials. From its humble roots ( 30-40 years back), this strip mall location is anything but a mall resturant. The aproned and bow-tied bartenders and waitstaff are REALLY good at their assignments. The back bar is ornate and old. Set your expectations high for the quality and presentation of the food. if you're a party of two, the bar is THE best option (perhaps only) and your wait time to order will likely be shorter there. If you're eating at the bar, ask your neighbors what they recommend or what they ordered, and you won't go wrong. Paul Bar is a one-off, not to be missed dining experience in Palm Springs.

The first time, I assumed it might have been specific to the artist. The second time, I gave it a pass because that performer is known for heavy bass. But at yesterday's ABBA show, the same issue happened again -- overwhelming bass with very little vocal clarity. During the ABBA performance, there was noticeable activity from the tech team on the floor, running back and forth as if adjustments were being made. The sound did improve mildly in the second half, which suggests something was being corrected, but it never fully balanced. The only moment where the vocals truly came through clearly was when the band stopped playing and the artists closed out a song unaccompanied. That contrast made the overall mixing issue even more obvious. We mentioned the problem to an usher, and she acknowledged she noticed the same issue during the first half of the show -- too much bass and not enough lyrics. On the way out, several other guests were discussing the sound as well. One person mentioned this was their second disappointing experience with audio quality at the venue. To be clear, the venue itself is great. It's easy to access, the seats are spacious and comfortable, and once you're past the casino floor, the space feels clean and well maintained. But for live music fans, sound quality is everything -- and right now, it's simply not delivering.

Monday night was another thing. We just wanted to stop in for a drink which we found out it was martini Monday and show tunes. Kind of a match made in heaven...lol... A fairly good amount of tables occupied and the bar area was very much utilized. One person's bartending while another was out on the floor taking orders. Dirty martini extra olives for the win. Quite tasty with either vodka or gin. I mean for the price, it was nice. The service was great and everyone was pretty friendly.
