    Bbq burger & loaded fries

NIGHTLIFE REVIEW: Drinks were average, food wasn't worth the price BUT it was nice in the evening overlooking the Main Street. Got there around 9:00pm and they were still serving food but by around 10:30 the DJ had started playing and people got up and were dancing! DJ was on point! So fun! Lots of bachelorette parties! Hahah

We came on a Monday night it was slow, but the music was a good mix of R&R. My husband had the smash burger, really good. He especially liked the crispy edges of the burger patty. I enjoyed a fish taco on corn tortillas, delicious. Koodos to our waitress who suggested the smash burger n was very pleasant.

Stopped for a quick, casual dinner with my family. Service was very good and friendly. I preferred the outdoor rooftop seating since it was a nice night, but the indoor seating looked nice too. The water was horrible. I'm not sure if it's always like that or not, but we immediately ordered pops since we needed to drink something. I got the 3 burger sliders since I wasn't as hungry and they were pretty good! Fries are good too. My brother and dad both seemed to like their burgers. The zucchini fries were an interesting menu item and everyone seemed to like them too! I tried one of the teriyaki boneless wings as well and was NOT a fan. I would not suggest getting wings here. Overall, I'm guessing the burgers are the best option here. I wouldn't recommend coming here just for dinner. I'd say the atmosphere would be better for a casual night of drinks and apps with friends.

We were wandering around downtown Palm Springs hoping a restaurant would look good for dinner. The menu looked good, so we decided to give it a try. We ate inside, as the chilly night air had moved in and I didn't feel that the warmers in the patio area were keeping it warm enough. Inside the bar, there are lots of televisions if you're into watching sports. We had smash burgers for dinner and they were excellent. Service was a little hit or miss - the staff were nice, but not super attentive. Dinner was good, and I would eat here again, but I might look elsewhere for another choice first.

Cool bar and nice patio area. Lots of screens for football. No food but drinks were decent and staff and patrons were also friendly. Love all the TVs for football!

LOVE that rooftop 262 plays the UFC fights & some good music too! That's a quick way to lure me in any place haha. I didnt catch our servers name but she was sweet and very patient with my group. We ordered drinks and some food. The Mexican candy shots were soooo good as well as the lemon drop martinis. This place is clean, feels new and they really know how to run a great restaurant. 10/10

The hostess here is charming tenacious and is a big reason why I came up to watch the World cup Game today!!! The Chili CheseBurger was awsome and the bartender makes delicious cocktails!!! Highly recommend this downtown spot! Vanessa the owner here has created a vibe that feels home!

Service was good, the vibes for Sunday football were good and the foot was delicious!! Visiting over the weekend and found this place on Yelp. Very good bar food.

Great find. Happy hour until 7p. Had yummy wings and jalapeño poppers. The TN sauce was perfect on the wings. Are out drenched in sauce! Friendly service. Will be back.

Palm Springs is a Dodgers town. We were Padres fans in Palm Springs looking for a place that would put the Padres game on for us. They have a bunch of TVs two of which, side by side, were both showing the same NBA playoff game. A barback happily changed one to the Padres. Rooftop 262 gets mad props for that. Getting service from the bartender was not as simple. She seemed more intent on watching the UFC fight while chit-chatting with a coworker, all the while with her back to us. When she did finally turn around, she focused mainly on the "regulars" while we sat with empty drink glasses. Eventually we were able to get her attention to order another round, and we also ordered the Teriyaki Wings and Salt and Pepper Wings to snack on. $11.50 per order of 4 on the happy hour menu. $1 extra for bleu cheese dressing. There were four of us so we each enjoyed two. The wings were excellent. Meaty and crispy with just the right amount of sauce. The teriyaki wings were flavorful and carried a nice heat. The salt and pepper were excellent as well. Very crispy and meaty. The bar itself was great. Tons of bar seating with TVs everywhere. A lot of tables scattered throughout as well. We met some fun regulars too. Rooftop 262, great bar, excellent food, but man, service is just not their strong suit.

This is a really nice little rooftop bar! The vibes were great! The food and drinks were amazing! This is the perfect date night spot and I think after a certain time it turns into a little club!

No reservations needed. Our party of 5 enjoyed some wings, tacos and salad. Great customer service very attentive, they had sports playing at first and then transition to music good volume was able to carry a conversation. Will be back.

My wife and I always stop here when we drive to Palm Desert from our house in Altadena. The first time I came, it was because they allowed my two small dogs to come inside. That was awesome! But what keeps me coming back is the consistency of the fantastic food, service, drink selection, ambience and cleanliness. Hector and Gino were our latest heroes tonight. Such cool guys. Other employees also stopped at our table to say hi and to meet our pups. It's such a friendly place! Side note: We came on a Sunday night and happened to sit down next to one of their employee meetings with the owner. I can't even explain how cool it was to overhear that. The sense of leadership and teamwork was so inspiring. He really loves his team and wants them to all succeed. I feel guilty for eavesdropping, but I just had to share that.

FACILITY: Small, limited seating indoors with very nice, fun, outdoor seating areas. Love this place. MENU: Simple, easy to understand, great photos online if you have any questions. FOOD PREP: Very well done, like professional in just how it looks. FOOD QUALITY: Professional in how it also tastes... Watermelon Gazpacho was perfect with drinks prior to main. LIBATIONS: drinks and bartender were excellent, fun, and the photo print was very cool. WAITSTAFF: just so nice, and fun making the experience all that much better. We have been enjoying The Plaza Theater so spending a little more time in Palm Springs and this will be one of our favorites places to relax prior to an event. OVERALL VALUE: Good, but it is Palm Springs, outdoors, great locations, classy.. no, not inexpensive but well worth it. TIP: I'd say be nice, be patient, and you will get a table. Don't be an angry rude touron, we don't need that vibe and we see some of that in PS.. You can try for reservations, not sure if they take off season.

This meant Marilyns everywhere, including the waiters, which made the experience that much more fun. Aside from that, we had made reservations ahead of time thankfully, because it was BUSY. But we were sat just as soon as we had arrived, and despite it being very hot out at the time, they had a bunch of shaded spots with misting fans. The drinks were fantastic, including mine which was a zero-proof mocktail. We all ordered different chicken dishes, and each one received high praise. I was able to try each of them and I was very happy with my fajitas, but I gotta give the nachos their dues. They were just as good. Chips were crispy all the way through, and not one was soggy from all the ingredients. Loved it, will definitely be back when I visit again. Id also like to mention that we chose this place as my friend's Bachelor Party closing dinner, and he couldn't have been happier. He was so thrilled with how the weekend had gone, that dining at Clandestino's really was the cherry on top. Thank you for making our dining experience such a pleasant one.

We were immediately whisked away into a night of unrivaled service and culinary perfection. Tucked away in one of Palm Springs' most charming shopping plazas, this meal was easily the highlight of my week. The menu is brilliantly varied, but a few dishes truly stole the show. The grilled artichoke is a classic, but their execution of it is completely elite. The Halibut main was a revelation--hands down the best I've ever tasted. And you must save room for dessert because the Berries and Cream was worth every single bite. Absolutely delectable. Top it all off with A+++ service from a flawless staff, and this place is worth every bit of the hype.

Reservations are notoriously hard to get, but we got lucky with a last-minute walk-in and were seated after 15-20 min wait. There's plenty of parking, and if you do have to wait, they have a cute little covered outdoor seating area with chairs and tables where you can relax. We sat on the patio, which was surprisingly cool and comfortable, so don't let the Palm Springs heat scare you away. The whole restaurant has such a sexy, colorful, candlelit vibe that somehow feels both lively and intimate. We kept the drinks simple and ordered Hugo Spritzes, which were refreshing and perfectly made for a hot afternoon. What we ordered: * Caramelized Onion Tart (Puff pastry, chive, Comté) - This was recommended by our server and I can see why. It reminded me of French onion soup wrapped in a flaky puff pastry. Rich, savory, and definitely shareable since it is a bit on the heavier side. * Red Thai Curry Mussels (PEI mussels, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, red chile, coconut milk) - WOW. This was hands down my favorite dish. The broth was incredible, rich and packed with flavor without feeling too heavy. I was worried the lemongrass might overpower everything, but it was perfectly balanced. It comes with toasted bread and trust me, you'll want every last drop of that broth. I'd honestly come back just for this dish. * Steak Frites - The steak was cooked perfectly medium and was delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, making it a classic done right. * Broccolini - Simple but really good with a nice char that added great flavor. Overall, we had a great experience. The atmosphere is one of the best parts..beautiful, moody, and full of personality..but the food absolutely held its own. Service was friendly, the patio was comfortable, and now I completely understand why it's one of Palm Springs' hardest reservations to get. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

Sure you pay for everything for decor, glassware and not just spritis, but I recall wondering how they price their drinks becuase not everything is equal or standard mark up when some things aren't house made it's easy to cost out becuase you stop paying for creativity after a certain point. It feels like they took alot of Mr. Lyons business model and use that for pricing rather than a sole entity with their own margins. The service makes up for it, the ambiance makes up for it. It caught our attention as we had stayed in two different Kimpton Hotels in Seattle prior. We wanted to grab a drink at the Window Bar (not knowing that was its actual name, but the conversation we had with the bartender about that window shining too much light at certain parts of the morning definitely gave me a chuckle in hindsight). We happened to be a bit early since he had not been able to finish setting up shop yet. We went ahead and waited until he was ready without rushing him because we ourselves weren't in any rush at all. Surrounded by a ton of nice interesting artwork, it was a pure joy to enjoy a drink or two in this environment. The bar can be found at the corner on the other side of the hotel concierge in plain sight from such a big space for a lobby, directly left upon entrance through the front. Since it was slow in the morning, we were able to chat it up with the bartender and even explore a bit of experimentation in the form of a particular top secret cocktail that every mixologist knows. I definitely exercised my etiquette and reading the conditions to even suggest it. He couldn't be any nicer about our time with him. So yeah, Christopher H. from 9/9/18, I don't know what you're talking about. I make it a point to visit the bar at any Kimpton location nowadays. I always seem to have a good time.
