Trying out FireFly Burger for the first time! This particular location tucks inside a tiny commercial building at the corner of Euclid and Chapman with very limited and tight parking. I would suggest you come with a friend so you can wait out while he grab something to-go. The limited parking contrasts strikingly with the quiet, brick clad industrial interior. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. Service was efficient and it didn't take me too long (about 10-15 min) before I got my two burgers and a Mexican coke ($4.99) for takeout. I got the Firefly Burger ($11.99) and the Wallstreet ($11.99.) I was amazed by how massive the burgers are and I had some difficulties trying to hold it with both hands! Apparently they use a needle to inject the sauce directly into the burger so it's juicier. The ingredients are fresh and quality, especially the patty are fresh and well seasoned. I also appreciate the lingering aroma of mushrooms, which enhances the Wallstreet very well. Overall, Firefly Burgers checks a lot of boxes: generous portions but solid flavors, reasonable prices, quick and friendly service, and a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. Good spot for a late night bite, but nothing more. Burger was juicy but flavors weren't there. Went with a couple friends so we all got different burgers and sides to try it all out. It wasn't bad nor was it good there was nothing really standing out. We thought the buns could've been toasted more and cheese be a little melted before serving. Service was non existent and we weren't even offered water. We even asked for water when the burgers were brought and nothing was said. Not a spot i would recommend, but it is open late. read more

Insanely flavorful burgers with generous portions! Now one of my top burger joints. The rustic hunter decor, large comfy booths, and box of gloves at each table make this spot even more memorable. The staff were super welcoming and happy to walk us through the menu. We went with the Smokey Burger combo. Juicy Angus beef, savory bacon, molten cheese, grilled onions... all the good stuff! We asked for medium rare but got more of a medium well, yet every bite was still delicious. Upgrading our combo's fries to onion rings was the right call. They're ultra crispy and well-seasoned. Went here during OC restaurant week since they had a pretty good deal. It was $15 for a burger, fries, drink, and dessert. Kamikaze burger (4/5) - This was pretty good! Although, I was expecting it to be more spicier but it was on the mild side. I only took one bite since it was my friends so maybe the middle was spicier. Firefly Burger (4/5) - it was my first time trying beef bacon, honestly sooo good but I wish it was crispier. I got so full after eating only half of it. Fries (4/5) - These were well seasoned but a bit on the saltier side. Still good, crispy and fluffy! Cheesecake (4/5) Service was great and there was plenty of seating but I will state that parking is really hard to find here since it's adjacent to a couple other businesses. read more

First off, parking was easy, and the place was so clean they were literally mopping when we walked in. We love a shiny floor moment!! Sandra was the real MVP, super friendly, gave us the rundown on the fan faves, and helped guide our hungry decisions. Hubby got the Kamikaze burger, medium well. Fresh, juicy, and beefy. The sauce was a little sweet, a little spicy, just enough personality!! I went for the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich because cravings!! Thick white meat, seasoned right, fried crispy, and delish!! The sauce had a nice kick, not too wild... but that's coming from someone who has a serious tolerance for spice. I have wanted to try this spot for a while, I was excited to see a spicy choice so I went for it! The backfire is loaded with chili lava sauce jalapeño lettuce tomato cheese and onions. The bun was not fresh and the burger it self fell apart as I was eating I thought they used too much chili lava sauce. Me and my cousin decided to check this place out on a Saturday since I keep getting Instagram ads for them haha. Parking was real easy to find. We walk in to a pretty spacious dining area and was greeted by the front desk guy immediately. He was very welcoming and accommodating as he gave his recommendations. I opted for the wallstreet burger and we found a table and sat down. Order took about 10 mins to come out with our drinks as well. First off the burger looked super delicious and once I took a bite, it was so juicy and good! Our waiter also brought different sauces for us to try with our sides. The onion rings were crispy and the sauces were all delicious I'd recommend trying them all and see what you like! I guess my only complaints could be that there wasn't enough for the sides and no TVs around showing any sports or what not. Overall though it was around $18 for the meal and I think the price is definitely worth it. Service is top notch and the food is absolutely delicious. I'd give it a 4.5 but opt giving the 5 stars due to the really accommodating servers here. Glad this is my first 2026 review and you should definitely get your burger fix here! read more

Drove by this place a million times and finally got a chance to try it out. Went on a weekday lunch and Ayham was working solo, awesome guy. There was only one other customer, so I came at the right time. The egg bacon burger was decent. I found the bacon to be a bit rubbery, but I downed it all with no issues. It was a rather messy burger, but they have gloves on the table to have customers prepared. The mozzarella sticks were an awesome surprise, came with a slightly different flavor than your generic sticks from other restaurants. Cant speak for drinks but their water tasted fine. The cheese injection is unique in its own way, but I could have lived without it. That said, the smoke gun treatment they offer is quite unique to me. I liked that. Made the whole restaurant smell excellent! I will say, it seems a little pricey but falls close to the rest of the market we all recognize. Location is very clean, decent amount of indoor seating. I was the reviews and decided to give this a try on NYE. I was surprised how late it was open and the owner seemed really nice and passive about his business. You can usually tell who is the owner by how much they care. The food tastes good, especially the fries. I liked the seasoning that they use. The burger tasted good, but the bun was a bit too thick and doughy. I was expecting a slightly softer and moist top bun. I would return and try the double cheeseburger next time. read more

Great burgers because you can taste the grilled goodness. My husband had the Firefly sandwich and I had the Original beef meal. Onion rings were extra, but the batter was thin and crunchy. There were enough tables with seats and large banquetts. Nice low key background music. Friendly service personnel to help with ordering the meal. Parking is tight with the nearby Starbucks. The decor is a mishmash of "American" icons--skis next to golf clubs, a vintage clock, a wall of baseball gloves, a bear skin rug, and an antler chandelier. The icons are there, it's just a little off. It looked deserted when we entered. It was being staffed by a solitary person. They were prompt and kind. The price are a little bit expensive for Hamburger but it's worth it to try . I ordered 1 Firefly Meal it's was $17 and 1 Smokey Meal it's was $22 . Both price before tax . The burger portions are very big and they are well made, fresh ingredients. The burger patty is also quite thick. The fries were amazing. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I loved the decor and atmosphere. I especially appreciated that the tables include gloves so that you can eat your burger without getting sauce all over your hands. Came here for the first time today for lunch since I was in the mood for a cheeseburger and this place came up on my Yelp search. Once I arrived, I noticed it had a restaurant type ambiance with lots of seating and decor on the walls. I was expecting more of a casual burger spot like In-N-Out or Five Guys for some reason so that caught me off guard. I ordered a double smash burger with fries and a drink from the touch screen kiosk since it appeared that there was only one young guy working at the time and he happened to be in the back. He came out after I paid for the order and asked me what I ordered since apparently their kiosk system is broken and wasn't sending the order to the kitchen. Not his fault but that's definitely something they should get fixed ASAP... although I didn't mind, some people may get annoyed having to repeat their order details. There are also many price discrepancies among the items from what's displayed in the touch screen kiosk vs the hard copy menus that they have sitting on the counter, another cause for confusion. I highly suggest getting rid of the hard copy menus and cleaning up your kiosk menu interface and process and using that exclusively and displaying the menu on TVs since those prices can be easily updated. Anywho, after about 10 minutes, my order finally came out. The burger looked pretty solid. I was expecting grilled onions since onions are typically sliced thin and grilled with the patty for a typical smash burger recipe but it came raw. But nonetheless, the burger was still delicious. The fries were good too, although I would have liked it a bit crispier but that's neither here nor there. So in terms of the menu price discrepancies and the ordering process, there is a lot to improve on. The young worker was friendly and accommodating which made up for that. As far as the food itself, it's solid. Grilled onions would take their burgers to the next level though. read more

I visited Firefly Burgers in Garden Grove on June 18, 2025, at around 11:05 AM, just after they opened. I was the only customer, but the older man working (possibly the owner) was rude from the start, no greeting, just told me to order at the kiosk with an attitude and no help. After ordering, I waited over 35 minutes total without any updates. I stepped inside midway to use the restroom, which was absolutely filthy. The front seating area looked okay, but the open kitchen was clearly dirty and messy. I ordered a smash burger with cheese and added mustard, a Caesar salad, and mac & cheese bites. The burger was disgusting--cold, missing the basic toppings, and had so much mustard it was drenched like he dumped a whole jar on it. The salad had no croutons and came with random mushrooms, which weren't even listed. Everything tasted awful. I spent $25.55 on food that went straight into the trash. Rude service, long wait, gross bathroom, dirty kitchen, and nasty food. Never again. SAVE YOUR STOMACH . Look at the pics. I'm still in disbelief. read more
