Now I know it's not a requirement or a law that I must do anything but my son could not get them to listen. Then he asked about a military discount since he was getting the oil changed for his Dad who is retired military. She called him a liar and said she has worked their for over a year and she knows he can't be. In the end my son was called a liar, was charged over 100 bucks and left feeling taken advantage of and humiliated. My husband is retired military and if she wanted proof he could have shown her proof . My husband texted a copy of is military id but my son was so upset he just paid and left. I called corporate but basically got told a district manager would need to call back.
