Matt remembers servicing my house 3 years ago and didn't like that my son requested that they use pads on the floor to limit the excessive mud that was being tracked in. I emailed, Jason had his crew come out a few hours later, and issue was solved. This was after the bill was already paid, so it's a good sign to me of how they run their business and care about quality/service.
