Prices are comparable for the typical hour long massage. Though I was really looking forward to their hair and scalp treatment which was amazing. I just had the most pleasant experience that I've ever had at any massage location. I am 40 years old, a hairstylist I stand for 12 hour days take 1 day off a week during that time of work I don't allow myself or take time to eat anything and very lucky if I get a five minute break to go run to the restroom. My legs and feet are so tensed up and I figured I would start out with the leg/foot massage. Wow! That did not expect such an amazing result and a cure for so much of the tension that I have built up. Amber was absolutely amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning as this is now my massage home and place of relaxation! This was my first visit here :) I've driven past this spa so many times and finally decided to book. I scheduled a 90-minute Thai/Acupoint Meridians/Lymphatic Drainage massage. My appointment was at 6:30pm and I arrived at 6:20. I was informed they were running about 20 minutes behind and was seen a little after 7. I didn't mind waiting at the time, but I do wish I had been notified beforehand. If I had plans afterward, it could've been inconvenient. Sara did my massage and she was amazing :D This was my first time trying this type of bodywork, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I genuinely loved it. I felt very relaxed, she checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. The only other thing I noticed was that I could hear activity from the lobby during the beginning of the session. It wasn't overly loud, but I was aware of conversations and movement. I'm not sure if that was due to room location or thinner walls, but it's something worth mentioning. Overall, I'll be returning. Everyone was kind, the spa is very clean, and the atmosphere is calming:) I didn't add any enhancements this time but I may try scented oil next visit to try and elevate the experience even more. read more

I went for a full body massage. When i checked in they had me draw over parts of the body on the ipad i wanted them to focus on the most i only chose the back of my legs, feet, back, and shoulders. This was my first time getting a body massage and the girl who did my massage was aware too. When i got undressed i didn't know the towel had to be laid on me not around me so when she came in without communication or a single word she ripped the towel off of me and i was very alarmed i didn't understand what was happening. Once i understood and got settled she started the massage and she started massaging my buttocks and even pulled down my underwear a little and i just asked her politely that i wanted it up. After the massage i researched if the masseuse is supposed to massage the glutes and most people said yes but with permission from the client. I was so uncomfortable because i didn't want my glutes to be touched but i should have said something so i understand she wouldn't have known i was uncomfortable. I would have felt better if there was more communication to what was happening cause again it was my first time and it felt unpredictable. Unfortunately because i was so tensed up i didn't get to fully enjoy and immerse in the experience :/ read more

Overall was good. Head massage was relaxing but was just a regular head massage and hair wash and conditioner. Have had it done before and they do different things, nothing extra done. Opted for the $40 mini facial would definitely NOT get it nit worth it at all. Also had the 30 minute foot massage it was relaxing . My take away, I would try the head massage again with a different person and get the foot massage. Also, beware if paying with a CC they will add 5% on, not mentioned anywhere and the tip will be based on the extra 5%. read more

Herbal Health Spa & Sauna is located in Winter Garden, off a busy highway but very easy to spot. The inside of the spa is very presentable, clean and organized. I tried the famous and viral head spa service for the first time and it was worth it! The massage provided was much needed, my hair never felt so clean after and it was just a relaxing experience. The 60 minute head spa comes with neck and shoulder massage with the head spa experience, totally worth every penny. It is a great treat! Why I love it: When you are tired and stressed looking for some me-time and relaxation, the head spa is a way to release those stressors. They check the health of your scalp prior. After calling to book a couples massage with a foot massage add on for him and a scalp massage add on for me, we arrived on time and the lady had no idea why we were there. I had to repeat myself several times. I never got my massage. Only scalp. My therpaist was so kind and she felt so bad, but the woman up front was terrible and completely unprofessional. We will not be back. For the price and the service, have had much better experiences elsewhere. I've been looking for a spa that offers massages and a sauna. This place has it all! Chloe was my masseuse and she was so sweet! While I was in the sauna, she gave me a scalp massage and fed me herbal tea & papaya. I felt so pampered. The only thing I didn't like about the sauna was the smell of the herbs. I'm very sensitive to smell, but Chloe placed a towel around me that helped block the smell. The massage was like nothing I've ever had before. Instead of laying on a massage table, I was on a comfortable mat on the floor. While parts of the massage were uncomfortable because I asked for deeper pressure, she continuously checked in on me. Went for the Aroma Herbal Scalp and Hair Therapy. The actual treatment was great! The ladies that work there were super sweet. I was really hoping to make this a regular place to visit and possibly bring my sister to as well. However, as great as it was it was nowhere near perfect. The space is charming but: 1. The biggest issue I had was how bad the place smells. It was awful. So bad that I almost immediately left. The only reason I didn't is because they have you pay before the service and I didn't want to deal with trying to get a refund. 2. The room is too bright. Even with the disposable eye mask they put on you it was uncomfortably bright. 3. They big time pressure you into an "add on" service. No mention of how much the additional cost is until you go to leave. My mistake for not asking. Ended up spending double what I was planning on. 4. Did I mention how bad the place smells? Seriously, the smell alone is enough for me to not ever go back. If you can tolerate the smell and are strong enough to not succumb to the pressure of adding services, I would recommend a visit. I really hope the owners see this and reflect on these things and realize that they are constructive criticisms. I truly hope that they can make some improvements. I would love to come back and give them 5 stars. PS- to the lovely lady that did my treatment, if you're going to be that close to a clients head you might want to have a mint or two. read more
