I went in there for the first time today and was surprised in how many products they have to offer. I bought some Ginger Powder for my morning shakes. Imelda (one of the employees) explained to me that it was self serve. I was a little shocked to go behind the table to scoop my own amount I needed, but she made me feel comfortable doing it. The staff is very friendly, from the time you walk in, looking around and till you leave. I will be going here from now on for my powders for my shake. Not sure if this is the exact store location, but went to get organic ginger and was very disappointed at what was offered. At check out, I commented to the lady about not being able to find it. I was quite surprised when she asked if there was a difference between organic and regular products. So, a suggestion: take one regular type of apple and one organic of the same (i.e, pink lady, gala, whatever). Wash and cut of a large slice of each. Tell me which one tastes "apple" and which one was weak. read more

I have been coming in for 8 months now. Their herbal brands work amazing for me! They have a superfluous amount of fresh herbs and are all organic! I love the fact that I can get hard to find herbs there that I can't get anywhere else in Las Vegas. I used to love coming to Herbally Grounded when in town. But the last two times I have come in to the store the customer service has been awful. This last visit was so upsetting. The people working there all congregated towards the corner area where they bag all the powders. When I went to get my usual, the lady bagging the powders was not welcoming and did not even greet us. As we were getting ready to walk towards the register, the lady at the register quickly walked away (while she knew we were on our way to get checked out) and starting talking to another worker across the room. I waited to be checked out for a good while until another employee came by. Again, didn't even greet us just checked us out and did not speak a word. First time visiting here. Travelled 30 minutes to check this store out. I like the store but my first experience was mixed. When I was looking at the black seed oil selection, a clerk stepped directly in front of me to stock some tincture, completely blocking my view and taking too long. Mildly rude, definitely annoying.. retail 101. Then when she walked away she still had product in her hand. It was weird, maybe she thought I was a theif. If so, up your game because you didn't say hi or even make eye contact.. even when I stared you down as you walked by you still didn't look at me. Anyway, product selection is pretty good. Lots of nice brands and local products too. They have a lot of their own label products. Huge book selection. Tons of CBD. I saw DMSO. And a big wall of bulk herb selection. Looked like they make herbal formulations on site = awesome. Decent body care selection. Food selection was poor, but that is obviously not their emphasis. There are some basic crystals, incense, etc. There was nice merchandising all over the store (I like the wooden furniture displays), however the sectional layout was not intuitive for me. Cold drinks by the checkout. Pretty freakin cool over all. I would definitely go often if I lived in the area. I get the impression that regulars get treated very well. The staff here recommended a supplement for my low blood pressure, but a few days later I was told by my natural doctor that most of the herbs in the supplement lower blood pressure. I already have low blood pressure so she advised me to discontinue taking the supplements. When I inquired about a return or exchange for the $150 worth of supplements I was told it wasn't possible even though the container was 95% full. I recommend a place where you can return items in the event you have a reaction to them. My doctor (Dr. Beeghly at www.chwnv.com) put me on natural supplements for less than $150 that worked immediately. read more

I've been in herbally grounded a few times and the only two times I have needed help the costumer service was HORRIBLE! The first bad experience was the lady ringing all my items was sick, she was wiping her hand thru the snot on her nose then touching my items. GROSS! Then the next visit I asked a different woman named summer I believe for her assistance and she was just so rude. Making sarcastic remarks, always needing to have the last word and when I asked if she was positive ( because she seemed unsure and I didn't want to buy the wrong thing) she threw her hands up and walked away. I wandered into this store today to find an herbal remedy that I had heard about. I was pleasantly surprised that they had it. The store was very well stocked and had plenty of varieties of herbal medicine for whatever ails you. They also offer free yoga classes on Mon at 7:00 p.m. and Wed at 6:30 p.m. The herbs were a little pricey, but the quality is a lot better than off the shelf at a drug store. Ontop of that they have their own brand of Herbally Grounded selections from vitamins in a pill form, drops, liquids, etc. I prefer the Herbally Grounded brand since its organic, raw, and pure ingredients.
