I come here for their wide array of herbs and spices. They are located on the far back wall of the store, and what a selection it is! So many bulk herbs available I cant decide what I want to go with, so I just get extra! The ownership and staff is very helpful at answering questions and offering assistance, and Herbally Grounded does also offer unique items not commonly seen at other general health and supplement store locations, making this place a worthwhile stop for anyone who is yet to come. read more

This place has just about everything you need for a healthier, happier you. While their prices are a little higher than a couple of the shops in town, their staff is friendlier (and I don't have to make them repeat themselves 10-15 times per interaction), the store is much nicer/cleaner, and the selection blows everywhere else out of the water. A weekly trip here is much easier than three trips to three different spots to get my shopping done - and for that alone, I will pay an extra dollar or two here and there. read more

I really enjoy this store. I love the idea of using herbs to help the body function properly, and this store has a huge selection. There are bulk herbs and herbal mixtures for different purposes (hormone balancing, fighting off colds, etc), and essential oils. I use their Herbal Defense and give it to my kids in the winter to help with colds. It is pricey, though. Every time we've gone in, the staff has been friendly and one of the workers has always immediately offered to help me. read more

I love this store so don't get me wrong about my review. I have spent hundreds at this store and usually have the greatest experience here. But today not so much. Usually when I come in I'm greeted . This time I was not. Because of Covid19 you have to check in with someone so they can get your bulk herbs. Well I had to wait 5 mins unapproached and actually had to walk to the register to ask for assistance. The girl who helped me with that process was nice. She seemed in a rush though. I waited for about 10 minutes to have my herbs prepared for me. I walked to wait in line. Waited in line about 3 minutes and with no one really in the store at that moment you would think it would have been quicker. I then lock eyes with "Josephina". Seeing me in line she stops to talk to a colleague. Starts walking to another area before finally asking me did I want to check out. "Uhhhh was it that obvious?" I proceed to the register and try to make small talk with her and she ignores me. At this point I'm over her and I don't appreciate how I'm being treated. Before we wrap up I asked if there was sanitizer I could use since I touched some things in the store. Before I could finish my sentence she abruptly says " no I can't give you that". I then ask if there was a manager I could speak with. She said she was a manager. Sad such an awesome store and a waste of an experience because of "Josephina" with the bad attitude. I did have an experience I was unhappy with at first but the Management/Ownership made it so crystal clear how much they value their customers it would take me days to write enough to praise this company. Some are very friendly and helpful, and the rest just seem annoyed that you are asking questions Friendly service is free and goes a long way for a neighborhood health food store. The products here are all amazing and the bulk herb section is my favorite. They have a solid selection of herbs at very very reasonable prices. They have herbs in powder and cut leaf form which is perfect. I was surprised to see a whole library of herbal books to choose from as well as natural household products. The only real problem I have is that a couple of the employees just seem so negative and unwilling to help customers. Most of the employees are really friendly and helpful, it's just a couple of them that bring the energy of the place down. Overall, this place is definitely worth checking out! read more

This is my favorite health/herbal store ever. My favorite recipe in this store is System Cleanse Tea. I've failed for many years to find something that works as well as this. It works quick without cramping. Not only does this work WELL it makes me feel great and not bloated at all. Just a word of advice, it definitely tastes like dirt, however, it's worth it. Unfortunately my frequenting this store regularly does not matter. The color of my skin does. I was treated poorly on a couple of occassions, but thought that it was isolated and perhaps my overthinking. My last visit was met with the same hostility, but more overt rudeness and apparent treatment like a thief......The Stepford wife that was helping find an item that was not on the shelf.....looked into a cabinet underneath the shelf and pulled out a bottle of oil from storage. Usually when someone is getting a product for you, they hand it to you. But when I reached for it, she pulled it back......I've had this happen to me before where these very kurt women have allowed white female customers to use the restroom located in a meeting room area in the back of the store, but when I asked to use the same restroom, I'm told it's not working. I thought that was strange, but again wrote it off. I came in another time and a clerk insisted on walking the product that she was helping me with to the counter herself....saying oh I will hold it for you up front when you are ready. Again....seemed odd the way she insisted, but I still did not let what was happening to me fully register. Now this last time was blatant and obvious. I could not hold a $53 bottle of oil in my hand while I continued to shop for fear that I might slip in in my pocket and walk out......while this lady was helping me with the oil again she jerked the bottle away as I reached for it. She wouldn't let me hold it in my hand....she is also the one I've encountered the most. I looked at her and said oh you want to take it to the front yourself and she never responded...just looked at me. The store is racist. It's an air when you walk in. It's how some of the girls talk to you. It's how they handle you. It's how they don't trust you, the tone in which they speak to you....watch you....and even handle my credit or debit card when I hand it to them. If you want to end this type of behavior in this country, stay away from this store. I thought I was helping the local economy by driving many miles out of my way from Henderson to patronize this place, but they are racist and are not worthy of our dollars. There is one lady who is nice. They speak with you walk in. But treat Black customers like thieves and criminals. I will order my pure essential oils online. You've been told so now what you do with the information is up to you. And perhaps you don't care. But no thanks. read more

This is one of the nicest herb shops I've ever seen. I live about 20 miles away and it is so worth the trip to go here. Everything is so clean and organized. Whatever herb or supplement you're looking for, they probably have it on the shelf. Their wall of herbs which contains over 300 varieties of dry herbs and seeds is impressive! It allows you to buy as much, or as little as you want. They weigh your purchase right there in front of you and seal it in an airtight bag. They also offer classes and "movie nights" that are all really reasonable in price. If you haven't visited Herbally Grounded yet...then GO! I highly recomment them. read more

This place is amazing. It's so nice to go to a store where everyone who works there is knowledgeable about everything in the store. I was constantly greeted many times while shopping asking if I needed help with anything. There are other stores in Las Vegas that sell herbal products but none compare to what I've experienced at Herbally Grounded. I work in the medical field and I do believe in seeking medical professional help, yet I find if I do preventive measures by using products from Herbally Grounded then my visits to the doctors office diminish immensely. I moved to Vegas a year ago and found this place! Most of the employees are very helpful and seem to know enough to tell you what each product does. A couple know alot and can point you in the right direction when dealing with lesser known ailments. There are also a couple who seem bothered if you ask a question. I spend close to $500 monthly and I just cant understand why they would act this way. I walk in their doors with so much gratitude. I am familiar with certain herbs and I can tell you, most if not all of their bulk items are of excellent quality. Most prices are fair but some seem a bit inflated. Not enough to send you down the road but one popular item I got last week was 12$ more than a similar store. For me, the bulk herbs are reason enough to make the drive weekly. I have never seen a store carry the bulk they do and with such high quality. Its worth checking out at least once. read more
