Upon arrival for my appointment, they informed me that they are out of network for VSP. I mentioned that the person that scheduled my appointment assured me that they take VSP, they said then said that they do. They told me to pay for the appointment then and they would give me a receipt that could be submitted to VSP and VSP might reimburse some portion of the visit. Obviously, they are out of network and don't take VSP. What a waste of time. Not fun getting jerked around either...

He wrote a prescription without talking to me about astigmatism. I can't wear my glasses without getting dizzy. When checking out, the desk staff was pretty rude. Then I got a reminder to attend my follow up? For what? They automatically scheduled me for two appointments without checking my schedule or asking me to attend. It feels very paternalistic, doesn't feel like I was involved as a participant in my care. I didn't feel comfortable there and won't go back. Why should my insurance (or a patient) pay for appointments every three months if there's no ongoing treatment?

From teaching me how to properly use contact lenses, will was kind, gentle and patient with me. He made my family and I feel comfortable. He took his time showing us frames while we waited and he didn't try to upswell anything, he told me pros and cons of frames as well as pros and cons to contacts. When it came time to add ons he explained din detail what everything cost vs if it was recommended. The Dr himself we love too. He is also very kind and patient with my kids and my mom, my mom whom speaks little English he never talks down on her like previous Dr. they make it easy to check in with the iPads and I see the staff clean thoroughly after each patient. I've been getting headaches from my contacts for years, and Dr. Deering seemed genuinely dedicated to fixing the problem. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others…read more I purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses from this location on April 16 -- one regular pair and one pair of Meta sunglasses. When I returned just two days later to return one pair, the store manager, Suzanne, flat-out refused. First she said they don't accept returns on "floor samples," then changed her reasoning to "non-prescription glasses." When I asked to see the return policy, she wouldn't show it to me and simply said she was the associate in charge and wouldn't allow it. Even more disturbing, when the associate who sold me the sunglasses (Jameel) appeared confused by her response, she publicly scolded him and accused us of some kind of collusion -- right in front of me. It was awkward, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Despite the receipt and ForEyes' website clearly stating a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and allowing returns within 30 days, Suzanne refused to honor it. I had to make multiple calls to customer service over several weeks before I was finally able to speak with a regional manager, who had to personally step in and get the store to issue my refund -- over a month after the original purchase. I did eventually get my money back, but it should not have taken that level of persistence. This store's manager was dismissive, rude, and out of line. I will not be returning, and I recommend others shop elsewhere or online to avoid similar treatment.

There have been occasions they forgot to tell me my order arrived or closed earlier. However, each time I interact with the team they are extremely helpful and considerate. They work hard to support their patients and help them out the best they can. This is a really sweet family run operation. The Doctor has a depth of knowledge and spends his time making sure you understand everything.
