Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied. Our company was experiencing some real hardships with the previous alarm company (who will go…read moreunnamed). Everything from the contract term and renewal to the quality of service to the monitoring costs for the fire and burglary services. We went looking for a better all-in-one option and contacted several companies: JMG, ADT, Everon, SSD Systems and Viviant. It wasn't until I spoke with Ian Pfitzer-Ortiz in their commercial sales department that I really started to find a solution. Ian came out to the office and did a thorough inspection, learned that we had an existing system that we owned - so theoretically should have been an easy take over from the previous company. However, easy it was not. The control panel had several "lock out codes" from the previous company - preventing it from properly communicating with the central station. Then the mobile application wasn't notifying management of events (arms, disarms, troubles and alarms), like it had previously. We contacted the Bay Alarm service department and they were unable to resolve the issue over the phone. So, they sent service technician Freddy Medina to troubleshoot on site. He got on the phone with his programming department and they explored multiple theories of why the system wasn't properly working. At the end of the day, after teleconferencing with the panel's manufacturer and the previous alarm company, Freddy and his service team were able to resolve the issue. Everything is working properly and Bay Alarm did what was needed to find a solution. It means a lot when a company goes the extra mile to fix a problem that they didn't create - just to ensure customer satisfaction! Thank you Ian for taking the time to properly represent Bay Alarm and their services and thank you Freddy, for being the face of the customer service for Bay Alarm - with the patience and tenacity to get the job done right! Now, Bay Alarm services our burglary alarm system and when our contract with the "other" company is up in December - they will take over that system too. Kudos to the Orange County Sales and Service team for a job well done! We recommend Bay Alarm for all your residential and commercial security needs. (No, I was not compensated for this review. We just believe in passing along good news and good companies when they do the right thing!) They even have the right company colors! :)

Very poor service request handling. Our fire panel has had an error(s) message for months and they…read morenever resolved or cleared the issue. We had also advised that some interior alarms did not announce in several units during an event and asked for them to come up with a solution to repair the issue. Nothing was ever resolved with nor did they provide any follow up response / solution. Also, they're unaware of the password for the panel to even work on it. So their only solution is to replace their panel with a new one. It is not recommend to use this particular location or even the company if this is how they handle a multi unit complex. We have no confidence at all and if zero stars could be given, then that would be their rating.

What's great is that Wil gave us a price for everything so we wouldn't have to buy the equipment elsewhere. Everything came out super clean, organized, and professionally done. You can tell Wil knows his stuff! All wires were hidden in wall and everything was perfectly lined up and leveled. Home Tech Expert did not complete the project I hired them for an owes money…read more Wil Vitela of Home Tech Expert has also cheated me and my family. I hired him thinking I'll help a small business owner instead of BestBuy. I trusted him due to his connection with a real estate networking group out of Brea. He has put me and my family at risk by not finishing the installation of the internet networking equipment that I had purchased. Over $700 that he owes me and the hassle of chasing him down. HPlease don't put yourself into that situation. Here are some pics of messages between us with proof. Also please read some reviews where he has don't this to other people, I didn't bother doing that. How can he sleep at night.
