Arrived on Thursday with my older brother and were warmly greeted by the owner. I was hoping to pick up the newest My Father cigar, but it's currently on backorder everywhere. No problem the owner walked me through several great alternatives, and I ended up purchasing three recommended cigars. We also asked about access to the back lounge and were welcomed in right away. A kind woman (I didn't catch your name--thank you!) immediately checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. Throughout our time there, both her and the gentleman came by multiple times to see if we needed anything. It's rare these days to be genuinely impressed, but the level of hospitality, attention, and overall atmosphere at Herf Cigar Lounge really stood out. Easily a ten-star experience. Herf Cigar Lounge has to be my favorite in the Bay Area, maybe even California. Hidden in a quiet area, but making a bold statement in the neighborhood, Herf had the feel of your favorite childhood hangout with all the people you grew up with. Mike provided a service like none other, very knowledgeable with his selections and even introduced me to stick that'll go into my collection for as long as I indulge. My first time here and I absolutely love it here. The owner was so friendly when I walked in and was very helpful. There humidor was packed with a wide range and great selection of cigars. I came here with a friend to watch the Niner playoff game as the store front is in the front and the lounge was in the back. There were two levels to lounge and watch the game. The set up was clean and comfortable and modern. I was on the top level which had three TV's with reclining chairs. I literally sat back watched my Niners win and smoked my stick! I heard about this lounge and decided to stop in over the weekend. When I came into the lounge I was greeted by the staff. The humidor has a great selection of cigars at great prices. I selected some of my favorite cigars to smoke. The lounge has plenty of seats and tv to watch sports. I stayed smoke a cigar and enjoyed watching the game. Absolutely enjoyed my first visit to my "cuzzin's house" lol. Didn't know this spot existed until the day of. Mike met my girl and I upon arrival and immediately gave us a tour of the place, and then gave us recommendations on what sticks we may enjoy. Although they didn't carry what I typically have gotten in the past, his choice for me was REALLY GOOD. The crowd was grown, lively but most importantly friendly and welcoming. The music was on point, set the tone and vibe. They also have large screen TV's downstairs and upstairs and the seating on both levels is cool/comfy. They also sell everthing you may need if you're a first timer to sticks (torches and other accessories). This will definitely be a place I frequent. Came here last Monday 7/8/24 with 4 of Fraternity Brothers and had a great time. Sticks are a little pricey but what the hell isn't in the Bay Area. The atmosphere and service made up for the price. Will definitely come here again in the future. read more

Found my new Cuzzin's spot in Pittsburg !! I'm always looking for a getaway from the crowd spot and now at Herf in Pittsburg I have found it !! Nice cigar lounge not only to smoke a stick and get away , they have all the games on with multi levels to choose. Leather lounge chairs up top . I couldn't believe my eyes .
