Laughable now, but at the time I was in tears as this is the Navigator my dad (RIH) drove across country to me when I was going through stuff. He worked at Ford since he was 16!! I miss you dad!! I am proudly a Daddy's girl. Cecil and the team were so accommodating. They let me drop off to an after hour technician due to my schedule. My Navigator is Vintage :-) 2006 and they found the part and had it shipped and installed within 2 days!!!!! They also painted it for me and all for a very very very good price. I went against my better judgment and brought it to Autocraft Bodywerks instead of the Tesla Collision Center; the former had a shorter wait time. The San Marcos shop had my car for *four months* before returning it to me with a slew of problems, mainly an audibly loud wind noise coming from the passenger side, and both right side doors and the trunk not closing without being slammed. The South Austin location then attempted to remedy their sister shop's work (they did manage to repair some of the interior damage that was caused by the San Marcos shop - thank you for that, Tammie), but they did not fix the wind noise or the doors, and in fact there are now two additional external problems - one being the frunk/hood not being properly aligned and the other involving the trunk. It appears that they do not know what they are doing. I don't know how else to summarize my experience. Unfortunately, my insurance paid them upfront and now I'm left with a vehicle that doesn't function properly. I do not recommend bringing your Tesla to them. There was a minor scratch on it, but considering my car is 8 years old, I thought it was worth trying to save some money. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready a couple of days later. They managed to salvage the chrome trim piece by handling it with care. They also detailed the car both inside and out. Experiencing a car accident is never fun, but these wonderful people made the repair process smooth and easy, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. It feels like having a friend who also runs an auto shop.

They were polite and respectful the entire way through though, even helping me carry my stuff out when I was cleaning out my car. They aren't allowed to do anything like help disassemble a dashcam though, so unfortunately I was forced to leave that behind.

Was going to go to Hyundai but couldn't leave work early. Their next appt wasn't until the 20th. I called KK this morning and they were able to get me in. I thought I would have to drop it off and was prepared to be without a car. After the diagnostic they said the throttle body was dirty (even showed it to me) and explained that was what made my CE light come on. I loved their transparency throughout the process. I also opted for a coolant flush which I haven't done in all my 80k plus miles. Prices for work were still cheaper even before the 10 percent discount. The service was great and I was out in an hour or so! Thanks Kwik Kar for getting my car fixed and my weekend back! Yall always take care of me!

They have ample seating in their lobby, along with a fridge of water bottles and a restroom in a corner. They have window shades that block out sunlight so the lobby doesn't get too warm. I chatted with one of the service advisors about his recommendations on the better car makers, and was told to stay away from Hyundai/Kia, any hybrids, and any turbos, for various maintenance and longevity reasons. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to share that kind of information. After about an hour, my vehicle was was finished and I was called to the counter. They charged me $11.50 for the emissions inspection, which is the posted rate on the DPS website. Great customer service, friendly advisors, and a comfortable waiting area. I had a great experience here.
