Firtst thing this place should do is Stop lieying .to the customer. This place doesn't have trustworthy. Eerything they promised, they never kept. They called me to pick up my car 3 weeks after i brought to them. But my car wasn't ready. We went to the shop for nothing. I have to wait one more week. I waste money and time. Finally i picked up my car. But it broken down right after I picked up. I just drove only 10 minutes. I had to pay for parking and Uber. I request reimbursement. But they never answered me what they're going to do. I called them many times, they put me hold and goes to voice mail. It was big mistake to choose them. read more

Absolutely wouldn't recommend. I saw the reviews but still took my vehicle there. I see they have a rep replying to reviews so I believed these issues were addressed so why not give them a chance. Gave them my vehicle of 1 things and left with 5 other issues. Nothing was address when they handed the keys. Please think twice before going to them. read more

I needed repairs on the rear door, fender, and bumper. USAA trusts them, and so do I. They work with the insurance company to be sure you get quality work for a reasonable cost. They were even nice enough to detail my car before I picked it up! Highly recommended. read more

***A BIG NO DON'T GO*** If you want a trash repair done this is the place to go and if you like excuses then definitely go here. I Should've known not to go to this GERBER body shop HERE ON 620. Reason I went to GERBER on 620 was because all the decent body shops in and around Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, round rock, Leander, Austin are super busy and behind on their repairs and are all behind in doing their bodywork due to the Hail storms etc. Gerber got me in quick and then dragged their feet claiming insurance wasn't in contact with them which they were and that the check wasn't submitted to them which it was and I think they just ended up rushing the job because when I picked up the car it Had multiple problems with The shotty work that they performed putting it back together and also the poor workmanship. Gerber called me and let me know that the car was repaired and to come on down to pick up the car. When I arrived to pick up the car and that I could come pick it up upon arriving I looked at the car and this is what I found: Bumper not aligned with the headlights. Front grill lose and hanging 1/2 the fasteners missing. Electric wire harness to cooling fans hanging by exhaust. Coolant spilled out and reservoir empty. Driver side bumper multiple gouges not repaired and painted over. Runs / drips in the clear coat on the painted parts Top of driver fender where it meets the front of the hood noticeable Bend they just painted over and you can see on the reveal where it bends in. Driver side inner fender installed on the outside of the fender not the inside. Multiple used clips/fasteners that are now loose and or missing all together and not new. Entire wire wire harness across the core support hanging loose because the clips are broke or missing. Headlight fasteners all left loose passenger light flopping around One wire clip not attached to anything and has exposed voltage Paint and or overspray on the plastic that covers the core support, on the passenger window. Multiple stains of Either overspray or adhesive from the tape on windshield, passenger front door and glass. All four tires sprayed with some liquid that is just dripping down from the bead area only. I have pictures of everything listed above and so does the manager Cody of this location, he said he would talk to his people in the shop that it would be a good learning experience of what not to do to a vehicle and the reason they should be double check before they are presented back to the customer. Gerber should of had in place these processes as not to embarrass themselves with the type of poor work that they presented me with They say lifetime warranty on their repairs how about just do it right the first time and then I don't have to worry about the warranty down the road when it fails because you did shotty work :/ No need for this location to contact me I've already said what I needed to say if corporate wants to contact me they have my number they can get from this location. Gerber has reach out and wanted me to bring it back a 3rd time and there is no way this location is going to touch my car again, if they want to make it right come pick up the car and give me a loaner vehicle and do the repairs correctly. 10/10 Would NEVER recommend. I was in an accident in April and am still trying to fix the damage Gerber did to my car. Laura was my estimator and she could use a couple lessons in professionalism and communication; a job well done comes first before asking for a good review. DO NOT EVER USE GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS!!! They lie out their ass to customers and make customers fit the bill for costs they agreed to pay for! Clay, GM at Gerber Marble Falls, LIED repeatedly to me about my repairs and paying for the rental (he tried to have Allstate pay for their mistakes) to have my truck put back in their shop for a second time for repairs they had not completed. They still have NOT lived up to what they promised to do and hounded me relentlessly to have Allstate/me pay them for work they had not yet completed! WARNING - Stay away from Gerber Collision and Glass! Use a reputable place like Caliber or any other body shop! Gerber gets "0" stars for horrible customer service, shitty workmanship, repeatedly lying to customers, and trying to get out of paying for their mistakes! I was in a fender bender May 16th and Gerber Collision at 10208 N. FM 620 was assigned by my car insurance to do the work from the moment I called, I was greeted by very knowledgeable and nice lady named Lexi. The car insurance had already made the reservation so when I arrive, she knew exactly what to do. She was kind, courteous and later I would find out the whole staff is exactly the same way. They all worked together like a fine orchestrated team, each one knowing what to do and how to help each other. She assisted in getting a rental car for me, but who knew all the rental agencies had no cars due to the recent hailstorm, but she came through because of her diligence. I was set up in a car and on my way. The next day I realize I had left, something valuable in the car but because I was delayed at a doctor's appointment she was willing to stay a little later in order to get that item to me knowing how important it was. It meant a lot to me because I really needed it and it showed the professionalism that Lexi puts into her customers. I'm sure she was ready to go home, but she was willing to stay to make sure that I had the item. After the adjuster came out and did what they have to do. Everything was done and I was on my way in less than two weeks. If you're looking for a shop that's dependable, the people are courteous and know what they're doing then don't look any further Gerber Collision is the place for you! read more

From my first call w/ Lexi (she's awesome) to an update from Flor (so nice) to when I had to go clean out my totaled car (told ya I lost) they have been amazing. Lexi answered all my questions and they had a quote to me within a couple days of picking up my car. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate from an accident. As a busy mom, I don't have a lot of flexibility in my schedule, so I expect my service to start in a timely manner when I check in places. I checked in, was told by the receptionist that they JUST started a meeting, but they would be with me in a couple of moments. I sat in the lobby for 11 minutes, listening to them socializing, while sprinkling in some actual relevance to work here and there. Clearly my appointment was not a priority, so I told the receptionist that I made an appointment and that this was very unprofessional, to please cancel my appointment, and I will happily schedule my estimate elsewhere.
