I dropped off a cashmere sweater to have 4 antique cut steel buttons put on and put them in a bag attached to the sweater and a pair of pants to them and I came to pick them up and not only were the buttons replaced, they lost the antique buttons and never hemmed the pants. I was met with blank stairs and poor communication and no idea where anything was. Both owners exhibited the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered . The gentleman said they did not damage the items and suggested I "call the police and he would see me in court." I "should ask sun for a refund because that is what damaged them". The female owner became involved during my second attempt at a refund and recommended I purchase "better quality and not cheap" curtains in the future. I would never treat someone in the manner I was treated, especially a loyal customer to my business. I strongly discourage giving this location your business.
