Pretty cool spot! You seat yourself and you can either walk up to the counter and order or they will come take your order. There are seating options with chairs and couches. Pretty comfortable. Some high table options as well. Can order flights or individual cocktails. Got the all that glitters is gold and it was delicious. Not too sweet, not too coffee-y. Perfect little pick me up. Tried the I'll have what she is having and it was a little taste of Thanksgiving in a cup. Small bite options. Got the donuts and pretzels and they were both great. Awesome little snack. I must say that the COVID19 lockdowns have put a severe damper on our social lives, but after a month of being effectively home bound, we ventured out and stopped by this lovely spot for some hand sanitizer (which they'd been distilling) and some bourbon. While keeping appropriate social/physical distancing, I checked this place out and it's a beaut! It's located around the side of an old building, on the side near the Main Street. They place boasts a ton of libation options and a tasting area for when the world isn't locked away. The brown sugar bourbon may be my favorite on the rocks drink now. It's amazingly smooth, sweeter than most bourbon and goes great with just about anything! It's the most awarded flavored bourbon (worldwide) over the past couple years and comes from a lovely sleepy old mining/logging town! The accompaniments for purchase range from glassware to luxardo cherries and tons in between. Flavored vodkas and different bourbons, including custom ones that others have brewed and these guys felt were worth releasing, are available and you to take home. The brown sugar bourbon (BSB) is straight amazing and something you should take home! The Roslyn reserve is also delicious and something that's only available at this location. We ended up with a lot more than we planned and everything we got was delicious. I'm excited to come back when the world is a little more normal and we can actually peruse a bit more. Until then, it's infrequent visits for hand sanitizer, some great bourbon and fun extras! read more

This was such a pleasant experience. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and tried the WOZ Cocktail Flight trio. They are 3 very different beverages, mid to very sweet, and easy to drink. Munchkin was probably my favorite. The portion sizes for the food did not bother me; they are snack size, not for a hungry appetite. The pretzels were good size and texture. The dipping cheese was middle of the road for quality and flavor - not easy mac but not artisanal beer cheese. (Is that even a thing?) if you're hungry head over to the oldest continually operating bar in Washington State, Brick Saloon. My husband and I spent about an hour and a half here, perusing the whiskey and we wound up purchasing the chocolate whiskey and some syrups for old fashioneds at home. Accessibility note: the restrooms are up a few stair steps if I recall correctly. Glad we stopped in and will be back the next time we are in town. read more

I used to really love this place. The interior is awesome and very welcoming. It's one of the coolest places to visit in Roslyn after Basecamp. Where this place has gone downhill is their service. Instead of being able to sample their offerings in the back rooms, you now have to double-back to the front to see a host and get seated... I think. I was a bit confused and the bartenders in the back were not very welcoming or helpful the last time I visited. This was on a very slow day with only two other customers, so the lack of attention was bewildering. I ended up leaving without trying anything or buying anything since they didn't seem very eager to help me at the bar. I'll stick to Basecamp from now on for good cocktails and much better service. This place is a MUST stop. The best fricken cocktails Ive ever had. The get figgy with it drink is so dangerously good that I had to buy the syrup for this drink just to make it at home. We already planned when to take a 2 hour drive to come back to this place. Dont bother with the food there its small and over priced. Just eat before coming in and drink until you cant anymore. We stop here every time we come through Cle Elum to have a cocktail! This distillery has really good burbon and vodka in many flavors. Come to sample and buy bottles to take home, or go to the bar and have some perfectly crafted cocktails made for you. They have an upstairs with plenty of seating and restrooms. I have not been to a lot of distilleries, 2 to be exact. Heritage was great, the building inside and out was really cool. They have seating in what I would call privacy booths and tables all around to enjoy your tastings. What set them apart was the display of their bottles and accessories lines out on the shelves, a really nice easy display for looking around. The bartenders were so good, very talkative and knowledgeable. I had the whisky flight and my wife had vodka. What I like is you can stop, sample and be out in 15 minutes or take your time and relax. Pleas note you are only allowed 2 ounces (state law). Get off 90 and take the detour through Roslyn, nice little hidden gem. Cheers! read more

I'd give this place a 3.5 star but I just couldn't round it up to 4 stars. Came here with some friends when we were staying in town for a weekend getaway and was seated quite promptly (there are assigned tables depending on the size of the group). Service was ok, it was hard to get anyone's attention since we were upstairs. My friend and I wanted to share the vodka flight but also wanted a cocktail to go with it but they only let you order one drink at a time so i just stuck with the flight. The flavored vodkas were pretty good, some were better than others (from best to worst: grapefruit, hibiscus, mango and very last is blood orange). The cocktails that my friends got were delicious. The specialty cold brew was good as well as the berry sour. My other friend did the build your own flight and we all liked the sweet ghost pepper vodka (my friend bought a bottle and we made bloody marys out of it, delish). We also got some food to share, the siders were nothing special and the charcuterie skewers that were also just average. read more

This place is seriously big. Walk into a tasting room and it just keeps going. It's definitely an event venue and even has another bar in the back. Lots of choices for tastings. They let you customize so I picked the ones I was most interested in. They were recommending the brown sugar bourbon when I was there. It was delicious, but way too sweet for me. I wish I had chosen another whiskey to try in its place. The whiskey I did try was quite good and I would have liked to try the rye. I also tasted the vodka and gin. Very good as well. read more

It's the second time I have been here during Covid It's a little awkward walking in and getting a table. We were seated upstairs on the mezzanine I had a flight of vodka my husband a flight of whiskey and our friends drinks. My vodka flight was okay, nothing I was super excited about. It is my wife's birthday and we went in on a whim. What an amazing experience. Chelsea, Kyel and Christina were working the late shift. We closed them down. All of them were gracious and courteous. Chelsea, the hostess, gave us a tour and answered so many questions. She was very friendly and generous with her time. Kyel, our server, was friendly and open to answer questions, too. Christina poured an amazing lemon drop flight. Lavender, Citrus and Raspberry Vodka. Lavender was the favorite. We will definitely return. Their craft spirits have earned numerous awards and for 8 years they have been the most awarded craft distillery in North America. If there was an award for exceptional staff, they deserve it. He pointed my partner and I in the right direction and we tried some samples that were true to their flavors. It's amazing how much flavor they were able to get in the spirits.
