Tim basically told us we were on our own UNTIL his new installer said it was on the company due to being installed incorrectly. Tim said he would fix it 1 time only. I advised that would not be the case because his installer messed up. Anyhow, that portion on floor was replaced. Well here we are just over another year and we have same issue. We have been told we would be charged $150.00 per hour. Our response was same issue how can you charge us. Then I was asked if we had any of the product. I said yes 1/2 box. Then we were advised the flooring company went bankrupt so they couldn't do anything. What would they have done if we agreed to pay $150.00 per hour?? They were great when there were no issues!!

The grout cracked again quickly (within 4 months), This strongly suggests the underlying issue (likely movement, moisture, or pan failure) was never fixed. Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.
