They changed the roof venting systems w/o asking (we were sold on ridgeline venting but received O'hagins - which we later agreed to after the first O'hagin was already installed). The rain gutters were clogged from the debris and also missing a lot of the support nails (leaving holes for the water to leak out of). They punctured our A/C line and then Travis blamed our previous A/C installation and would not pay for it. Two separate A/C professionals said it was the fault of the roofer, not the previous A/C install location. All that said, I am HOPING that the actual roof will hold up long term and be a GOOD ROOF! We do have a warranty and it looks good (besides the eaves/ fascia) now that we're on the other side of all the stuff that went wrong.

No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.
