Super charming and aesthetic gelato shop at the Boardwalk at Granite Park. We got the pistachio and mango flavors. The pistachio was delicious - nutty and not too sweet. I wish the mango tasted less artificial. A stronger mango flavor would have been nice. $5.99 for a small scoop is a bit pricey. Plenty of seating inside and outside as well.

I came here recently and had an excellent experience from entry to exit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was offered the opportunity to sample a few flavors. I ended up choosing vanilla and cheesecake with almond, Oreos, and strawberry syrup as toppings. The lady behind the counter helping was patient; she suggested options and gave me service with a smile. As you can see in the picture the presentation was nice. A wafer is included with every order. I got mine to go and ate in one of the nearby chairs outside by the water. The gelato was delicious. The vanilla flavor was perfect; it was rich and extremely delightful. The cheesecake flavor was also very delicious. The toppings I chose were very complimentary. Please make sure you give them a try!!!

Grand opening! If you love gelato come by granite park.The flavors rotate frequently, they have sugar- free mixed berry, so good, and also had four vegan flavors. The pistachio, chocolate, dark chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, mango, coconut, Kit Kat to name a few. Their flavors were excellent, cup or cone and can try several flavors. They also had coffee, latte and teas. Decor was cute and bright inside or outside to enjoy the boardwalk. It's between Union Bear and the Biscuit Bar, will definitely come again.

The people are friendly, ice cream was delicious. The shop was clean and nicely decorated.

My mom and I were visiting Frisco for the weekend and were on the hunt for something sweet when we stumbled upon this little gelato shop! It was quaint, cute, and very inviting! We shared the three scoop combo with gingerbread, coconut, and vanilla, and all three flavors were incredibly soft, creamy, and delicious! The only downside was the hot chocolate- it tasted more like chocolate water than a rich hot cocoa. Nonetheless, I would still come back for their gelato again! :)

I checked out this cute cream spot for the first time last week and tried two flavors: Snickers and Ferrero Rocher both were absolutely delicious! After placing two scoops on the cone, they even offer to top it off with a cookie, which was a fun little bonus. It's a great treat to enjoy while hanging out at the Granite Park Boardwalk.

Service was super friendly. He was more than happy to let you sample as many flavors as you wanted. I tried the pistachio and it was delicious !

Incredible gelato, with a wide variety of flavors. Including smores, ferrrero rocher, and more. Great service, beautiful facilities, cleaner than most dessert shops I have visited. Great place for photos and groups. It helps that it is off of the boardwalk and has a stunning view outside.

Such a cute and yummy little dessert stop on the boardwalk! The staff were super sweet and friendly. Don't be shy to ask for samples, just beware that choosing a flavor will be HARD. I got the cookie butter and cheesecake flavors combined in a large cup. Both were DIVINE. The gelato has a very smooth texture and the flavors are on point. Super yummy but not overpowering or too sweet. Will definitely have to stop by again to try some fruity flavors! read more

Bf and I got a medium for $8 ish with the flavors Kit Kat and Reese's. The Reese's flavor was very good and not too strong, and we enjoyed it. The Kit Kat flavor had no bits in it and thus basically tasted like nothing but at least had a nice texture. Overall, for the price I felt this wasn't entirely worth it and that I'd get more of better at somewhere like Coldstone. However, the boardwalk back area is very nice and bustling on a Friday evening. read more

SUPER YUMMYYYY!!! I can't believe that I took my family here. It was the happiest moment of my life and honestly, that was probably the best group of ice cream I've ever paid for. We found this little gem after eating lunch. The gelato was DELICIOUS and the server was a 72 year young man who was so pleasant. My husband got cheesecake and I got cheesecake and chocolate with a wafer on top. The shop was clean and quaint. We then walked around the little lake on a beautiful November day in Plano enjoying our gelato! read more

She was having a difficult time scooping the ice cream into the pint containers, so a gentleman working behind the counter as well, took over. As I watched him pack the containers I thought they looked kind of shallow. At other ice cream stores I frequent, they pack the ice cream solid and heavy. I felt like they just didn't really care, actually. I was friendly and smiling as I'm one of "those people" who wants everyone to like them! I paid for the order and tipped 15% on the register. That was the smallest percent offered unless you said "no tip" or custom. I I typically tip much more but felt like I shouldn't since they were so unfriendly. When I returned home and got the containers out to taste the ice cream, I could definitely see they weren't 16 ounces. I got my scale out to check and indeed, they came up way short. I mean...for the price? $7.99 ...$8 a pint? At least fill it up to get what you are paying for, am I wrong? I won't go back and I'm sure they couldn't care less, but for others who don't frequent centers like this one was in, you may want to know ahead of time what to expect. Taste wise? It was very creamy and good.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I stopped in on the way home to hopefully stop the constant chatter about how good it might be. Well that plan was a fail. Why? Because it WAS good. I had the sticky rice and got the husband's requested coconut mango juice. Perfectly sweet tart mangos, excellent flavor combos and everything was packaged nicely to go. Will I hear more about us going again? Yes. Will we go again? Also yes.

My one scoop into my cup was on the smaller side, and it melted SO fast, faster than most ice creams. By the time I got to a bench outside at the park, it had turned mostly into a puddle. It also tasted a little sweeter than necessary in my opinion. Again, I'm a bit of a harsh gelato critic, but I would probably opt for ice cream or soft serve over this particular place. However, if you're in the area and looking for a treat in downtown Plano, they were very welcoming. Maybe a different flavor would provide a better eating experience.

Cute little gelato shop tucked in between restaurants at the Granite Park boardwalk was a perfect respite from the summer heat. Gelato tasted amazing. We had the Pink Donut. Would absolutely recommend! read more
