We order 1 Warbat, 2 chocolate covered Dubai strawberries, 1 brown kunafa and 2 Dubai chocolate bars. The total was close to $80. First and foremost, the food was amazing. Literally perfect. The store was very clean. For a Saturday night at 10pm the store was very busy. The location is in an affluent area so they can command high prices since the quality is great and the portions are good. It isn't their fault I am mostly broke (haha!) Just be prepared that when you go there, you will spend a lot. The staff were all very sweet. Not one single complaint. We will be back as many times as we can afford. Finally tried the viral "Dubai chocolate" strawberries at Big Dash Middle Eastern dessert cafe in Frisco, TX. One cup cost a whopping $16 (a bit crazy I know but I'm telling myself that it's a little better than NYC's $25 cup of the same thing). It's basically a cup of ripe strawberries covered in a milk chocolate sauce, pistachio sauce, crispy kataifi, and pistachio pieces. I really enjoyed this. The creamy sweetness of the chocolate paired well with the nutty pistachio paste and the juicy sweet strawberry. I also loved how the crispy toasted kataifi added a super fun textural crunch amidst the thicker, creamy/rich chocolate and pistachio sauces. Ultimately, I feel like the Dubai chocolate bar is better. I think the juicy and fruity flavor of the strawberry feels slightly out of place but it's still great. I would recommend if you have been wanting to try it for a while (like I have) but a cup of strawberries is not worth $16. It is a fun and unique experience for sure! read more

Big dash is awesome. I've been coming here for a few years now since i moved to Frisco and i will swear by their tiramisu to the ends of the earth. I will get in a giant mecha suit and battle to the far reaches of time, gurren lagan style if i have to to defend its honor. Yes, i like it that much! I also love their kunefe, however it's spelled. Red one is my fam's favorite, but you can get the brown if that does it for you. They are both awesome. I also love that they are open late. I don't particularly live that they can be quite busy but i will put up with it because i wish this mom and pop operation all the success, so i can keep getting my tiramisu fix ;) Seriously though, they get busy but they have tons of seats too. They have ice cream, turkish coffee, and so many sweets and pastries. I highly recommend them and if it is your first time the kunefe is definitely a must have.
