Anyway, I wanted to be the first client to have my car looked at so I could get their opinion whether the rim was fixable. God favored me this morning, not only was the rim fixable, they were able to do it in around 2 hours. I'm paying my experience forward because not only was I in and out, but it didn't break the bank like that new rim would have. IJS. I appreciate the communication via YELP with Jose over the weekend. Turns out, my car needed more things done and they showed us exactly the things that needed fixing, they explained it so well, and very professional, I went ahead and did all the services needed and now my car feels "like new" ! not to mention they stayed over closing time to finish my car the same day ! My mechanic friend finally looked at it last night and within 15 seconds found out what the problem was in which he had it fixed today in a half hour. Bottom line, I was taking advantage of big time. I wouldn't trust the shop and I would never recommend it to anybody. Just my opinion. If I could actually give it a zero rating I would. One last thing I have to add. And this is something that has been bothering me since the last time I took my car in there about a month and a half ago. It had been about two hours. I've been sitting there waiting for my car again as usual. A homeless guy walked in with a cup and asked the owner( whose name I will not mention) if he could have a cup of water. To which the owner yelled "no you can't and get the hell out of my store"!!. And it instantly gave me such a negative bad vibe. And it was obvious dude was having a stressful day. I get it. It happens to all of us. But when you working customer service, you never let it show in front of your customers. And I realise this review isn't gonna get me my money back. But damned if this wasn't one expensive lesson to learn. So take this for what it's worth. It's just my honest opinion..

Raja, a contractor working for my company, performed Facebook and Craigslist advertising work on our behalf. We have screenshots documenting the advertising work being performed and reported to Alicia's Tires. The outstanding amount we have requested for two months of advertising services is approximately $800, and it remains unpaid. I personally attempted to contact Francisco to resolve the issue. When I explained who I was and the reason for my call, he ended the call. I subsequently sent a text seeking to resolve the payment matter and did not receive a response. I have documentation of the advertising activity, communications, and payment requests. As of the date of this post, the approximately $800 balance remains unresolved. Based on my company's experience, I would advise anyone providing services to this business to make sure the scope of work, payment amount, and payment schedule are clearly documented in advance.

I will be going back for any future issues my family van has…read more I am extremely happy my partner and I decided to go with Manny's tire shop for our initial issue which ultimately kept us coming back to Manny's Shop for other issues that arose with our used family vehicle. First we needed a tire patch, the service was fast and friendly. Price for the patch was very reasonable and upon further inspection we were given the advice to really consider new tires due to the state our current tires were in. The tires we were using were on their last threads and balding very bad. We are a growing small family of 3 with another little one on the way so we truly appreciated the advice. We realized that we definitely needed to buy all four brand new tires for our van after we needed another patch driving these SB roads. After asking around we found the best deal with Manny regarding new tires. So we went back and again the service was fast and friendly. Which leads us to the next issue we were experiencing with our used van- we were experiencing shaking of our vehicle once we would attempt to go past 70mph, the check engine light was on, we were leaking coolant. The van needed help and Manny assured us that his mechanics could get the job done. Other mechanics we inquired about the ongoing issues with our van wanted to charge ALOT and wanted to keep our vehicle for more than a week to fix the issues... We could not afford what the other mechanics were asking for and with my on going baby appointments we were concerned on how our family would get around. We got the best deal and reassurance that the van would get fixed through Manny and his team. We had Miguel and Ruben working on our van recently and we are beyond thankful. All of the issues we had were fixed! This shop offers help in English and Spanish. If I could recommend them to everyone. I would definitely suggest going to Manny's Shop for any issues you may have and seeing if they can help. Lasty I would say that the communication we received was great considering I had a lot of questions and would call asking for updates because I was anxious- I would say overall I definitely did not need to call as much but I'm thankful for all the reassurance I received regardless. They're closed on sundays! Not that this was an issue- the team definitely deserves a day off after all the hard work they do.
