AWFUL PLACE!Update ** so I went back a 2nd time and the owner made sure my car was done right. Went back a 3rd time and all of my makeup was missing. I called to complain and the lady started yelling at me because I told her my experience with the company and said there was nothing that could be done until Tuesday when her boss came bs k. Beware of this place. I went up there to go get a car wash full service car wash and I ordered the most expensive ones that they had and they did not do the inside of my door the door jam. They didn't do any of my inside like my steering wheel they do the dashboard. y better drive by myself Doing it and I pay the most expensive one and they did a half ass job doing it and then I called up there and they told me oh well you could just come back and get it done. Probably will go back there and make them do it the right wtull service car wash, but this is not what I expect multiple service car wash. I expect them to actually wash the inside of my car and not just washed the outside of it. I can run it through a car wash myself And then I asked if I can get a free car wash. I'm having to drive another 20 miles back there to go have them fix it and they won't give me a free car wash. They lost a lot of business because I have a lot of cars that I can take up there and get washed but I'll just wash my damn self or l'Il start my own service car wash business and blow them out of the water becauseay because that's just what I need to do because it's wrong and yeah, that's what I'm gonna have to do, but yeah I wouldn't go There. I would just get one of those monthly car washes and just do it yourself because I promise it'll look much better if you just do it yourself it looks like my 10-year-old in my car looks like shit. I wish we still had Smith brother around. They always got it right and I was so excited. They're finally a full service car wash near me are kind ofdidn't do the cupholders they didn't do anything on the inside It's smelled like crap. read more

I have taken my cars there for years and am usually pleased. Today was my last visit however. I pulled in for my usual--an exterior wash with tire dressing only. Being told that it's ready, I got in my car to find a 9+ inch crack to my windshield--I never had a chip or crack previously. The owner was called and was adamant that it was impossible that it happened there because they use the soft cloths. I guess the long-handled brush manually used when the car first enters the tunnel doesn't count.l I told him that I have good insurance and wasn't trying to rip anyone off. I also told him that I'll never bring a vehicle to this place again. Such a shame when a business doesn't take responsibility for something that happens in their day-to-day operations. read more

I ran over white paint on the interstate it went all up the passenger side of my red truck ,I called Joey the manager he had me bring it in ,they fixed me up not a speck of white anywhere tires and wheels even the undercarriage,they did an amazing job ,I will only us this auto wash from now on out ..thanks guys read more

I would never take my car there to be washed again. Have been going there for 25 years and this time they messed up my hatchback where it would not open. I was leaving to go on a trip but now I'll have to stay and have it fix. The manager was very rude! I had other problems with getting my car clean there before but never mentioned it and took it home and clean it myself. But this is the last time!! read more

got the works- they were very busy and I probably needed to go another day.I listen to the numbers call out on all the cars in front of me- 1/2/ and 3 and I was the only one with the works- highest price car wash. 4 or 5 people all over the cheaper car washes- 1 or 2 doing my car- or should I say my wife's car. Front of car where I got in - the rest of the car terrible- I thought they did well- so my wife was so mad I said that - we had a big fight and she didn't talk to me for 2 days,Understand being busy but more attention for detail on the highest paid car wash would have been appreciated! read more

I have used this business many times over the past 22 years, but yesterday was beyond disappointing and unbelievable. I watched as a brush with water was used on the floor mats inside the car. They were not removed to be cleaned. Just slopped water on them inside the car. After the car was run through the wash the apathy of most of the attendants was unbelievable. One lady appeared to take her job seriously. I watched as the attendants attempted to wipe down the outside and inside. They left spray running down the inside of the doors. I wiped them down myself with a cloth from their cart. Water was standing in the floor mats. Especially the rear mat and the front passenger side was still dirty. A lady attendant told a young man that the car needed to go back because the mats were not clean. He expressed an expletive as he apparently disagreed. I told her never mind, I would take it to the back, which I did. I told the man there that the mats were not clean. He took the front mat out and walked away. I guess he was not happy. I took the rear mat out at which time he had returned and thought I should not do that. it went from bad to worse. I asked about the owner thinking that perhaps it had changed ownership. It had not and the owner came. I had not seen him there, so thought maybe he was no longer the owner or wasn't on sight since most employees were not on their top game. He was not happy that I expected my mats to be cleaned as in the past and suggested that people shouldn't let them "get so bad and then expect them to clean them." I reminded him I had just paid $32 to get my car cleaned and that's what I had expected. He seems to think cleaning the floor mats is detailing. I didn't ever get into the fact that I had wiped the interior of the doors down myself to get them clean and wipe off what had been sprayed on them. I assured him I would not be back. I'm not sure what everyone's problem is with this place. I've been 5-6 times now and gotten a thoroughly great wash & wax along with hand-dried exterior and fully cleaned/sparkling interior/vacuuming. Never had a minutes worth of problems, the guys are always super friendly and willing to help. I'm not sure if ya'll come in with either super NASTY vehicles and expect miracles or have too high of expectations for a $30 wash, but let's be realistic: You could to to any number of automatic wash locations locally and spend between $15-20 for a single BAD wash to then have to get out and hand dry yourself and vacuum your own interior OR for $10 more, you can come to Hermitage Auto Wash and they do everything for you, the cleaning products are better, the tires are shiny-er and your interior dash, doors, and jambs get all sparkly and new looking. Seriously, if ya'll have this much to say about a $30 wash, ya'll need to explore what a $150-200 full detail entails. Obviously the price is far higher for an actual detailing, but the difference you get won't be that much more unless you are a true SLOB in your vehicle. Just keep your car relatively clean, throw out your trash from inside your vehicle and don't eat in your car. Then you can save hundreds by not needing a full ACTUAL detail and you can go here and they'll give you a QUALITY cleaning for about $30. Thanks, Hermitage Auto Wash! I have visited Hermitage Auto Wash for years. Within the past two years, they had removed a floor mat and did not put it back. On review of the video, Joey noted my mat was put into another vehicle. He did purchase new mats. About 3 months ago I noted a small ding in my driver's side door. My call to Joey was less satisfying. He stated that there's no way it happened there and he would review the video and return my call. I never received a call back. I went Friday and once again, my floor mat is missing. I've been getting my car cleaned here for seven years. It's gotten worse and worse. I called myself supporting a local business but I just can't anymore. I paid $35 plus a $5 tip today. My dash wasn't even wiped down and I had to secure my floor boards in the front before I could drive off. There were 5 guys wiping down my vehicle today and they still couldn't get it right. I don't know why people are complaining. And especially those paying extra for an SUV. If you read what they offer, it tells you they charge extra for larger vehicles. We have been getting our cars cleaned here for several years and have never had an issue. I prefer cleaning my own cars but sometimes I just have too many other things going on and will bring it to Hermitage Auto Wash. No one else really compares. I have been going here for over two years. At first the service was excellent (car wash,) but I have noticed the quality going down hill over the past couple of months. Lately, the inside seems like they only put in 50% effort when it comes to the vacuuming. Today I left with swirl scratches and some linear scratches all over my hood and top of the car. I took my Ford Escape there. I ended up purchasing the highest cleaning package. On checkout she charged us extra because she said it was an SUV. The total was $38.18. After they were finished I noticed there were still water spots on the paint, also they left a sticky residue on the leather surfaces. They also left spots on my seats from whatever they were using to clean with and barely cleaned some of the surfaces like the dash. They also did not touch the hatchback area with the vacuum. Now I am going to have to try to clean the spots off my seats myself. What a disappointment. read more

After my wash my car looked brand new again on the inside and outside. My only small complaint is that they forgot to clean my back window on the inside. I had to wait for about 30 minutes due to a issue with the vacuums but overall I am pleased. read more

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the wash that I just received. First off, I asked that it be hand washed to preserve the wax finish. When I return to the car, there were all kinds of scratches due to the brush that they used to clean it with. Secondly, they missed most of it. Dirty windows, many spots for it looks like they didn't wipe at all, there were three of them working on the car. This was my first time. I will not be back. I paid $30 for their super deluxe wash. They didn't sweep my back hatch, didn't touch my dash board. Didn't clean back if my seats (my granddaughters foot prints still there), didn't clean cup holders, dry off the water inside my doors. Honestly, I didn't get any Interior cleaning. They need better signs instructioning you what to do....if you want full service clean inside and out, you need to pull into one of the lanes towards to back, let them know what service you want, then enter the building, pay and wait for your vehicle to pul around. I just paid for the super deluxe car wash. After getting home, I noticed the back seats, carpeting in the back, and side doors weren't even touched. The front of my car was just wiped down, I had to basically clean the inside. The outside looked good, but I could have ran it through the car wash myself for about $7! I paid $30 for this wash! I have been to Hermitage Auto Wash a few times and their service has steadily gone downhill! I have a small car, a Hyundai Veloster. So, it does not take a lot to clean this car, however, when I want my car clean (windows, dash, wheels shine), I will take it somewhere to have this done. I will pay for the top package, which is $30 plus tax at this place. The last time I was there, I took my car back due to cleaner on my seats. The manager was adamant that his people did not leave the cleaner stains in the seat, even though it was still wet. What?! He cleaned it, even though he cleaned it grudgingly. I thought I would try them again today. What a disappointment! I mentioned to the guy when I chose the package and got out of the car to make sure the car got vacuumed out really well. I guess he thought I was kidding! My fault for not checking to see if the job was done. As I watched my car begin through the car wash, the man who began to spray the car, did so with the drivers side car door open! Also, in order to get a bug off of the hood, he did so with the tip of the sprayer and not with a brush! I'm standing there thinking, I just can't believe what I am seeing! The back seat was not even not even vacuumed or cleaned! The carpets under the seats, beside the seats, the car doors and the sides of the car did not get cleaned. I had to go back over the car when I got home to clean the car. For $30, I expect for my car to be clean, no dirt anywhere, in or on my car!
