We called before going in and they told us they had 4 of the transmissions we needed for our car in stock AND told us on the phone that they do not do refunds only exchanges. Drove 1.5 hours and when we got there, they made US look for the transmission ourselves and when we did finally find it, we asked if there were others and they said that it was the only one they had. So you're telling me that 1. We could've saved the trip if they hadn't had lied. 2. We'd be stuck with no way to exchange it for another transmission OR get a refund 3. We had to search for it BY OURSELVES?? We inspected and found that it wasnt even in good condition, and in the middle of inspecting we were told "By the way, we can't give you your money back." I went to their salvage yard right next to their mechanic shop. They said they had a steering column and a key for it whereas every other place said they had a key. When i got their after 30 minutes of looking for the part. They did not have the key. I drove out 40 minutes for them because they claimed they have a key which was just false marketing. They have cheap parts for good prices but I recommend you watch the work they do,because they will over charge you if they have to do multiple labor for same job they didn't do correctly the first time and are slow. I paid to have a/c worked on they did under the hood work took them 8hrs that could have been done in 2hrs. They tried to double labor fee when trying to put my a/c unit in and said no so they just gave me part and I did it my self. They gave me a none working part then told me to come back next day I said I couldn't when I live 2hrs away because he had other clients. I still had to go back. Smh.. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could for this place. Terrible experience and awful customer service. I gave my car for repair on Friday afternoon and was told it would be ready by Monday. However, every time I called to ask if my car is ready, they would give me a different day it would be ready. From Monday it became Tuesday and Tuesday became Wednesday. Before arriving to pick up my car on Wednesday, I called and asked them when I can pick up my car. The lady on the phone informed me it would be ready anytime between 4 pm and 6 pm. When I arrived at 4:35, the lady I spoke to over the phone started raising her voice and saying that she said it would be ready at 5:30. I had to wait an unnecessary hour at the repair shop. Not only did this repair shop keep changing the time my car would be ready, they were rude and disrespectful over the phone and in person. I'm never coming to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Big mistake! read more

I would not recommend you going here at all for any kind of work on your car. I went at least 5 times in a year's time. It was one problem after another. They continued to charge me on the same work done previously. I spent well over $1000. I took my copies of my receipts to other mechanics and was told I was overcharged. Also, they take WAY too long fixing one's car. I understand 2days or so... but 2 weeks and they finally offered a car for my use 2 weeks later?! No. They are just looking to get as much money from one as possible. Also, poor communication skills from both the mechanics as well as the receptionists ( who seem to spend a lot of time looking at theirselves or on their phones than attending clients). Took our car there and they took it apart before calling us and letting us know the estimate. They also did not replace all the bolts back in that they took out, leaving the car so that we took our lives into our own hands when driving it. We took it to another mechanic and he also noticed the missing bolts in the steering system. They have been knnown to repair cars with used parts and also driving a customers' car during the weekends without permission. read more
