I don't understand why they have so low ratings. This cleaners have been my go to cleaner ever since I moved from downtown because of how fast their turn around time is and how affordable. Downtown was charging double the price and it would take a whole week to get back the clothes. Bad service. I was giving this place a try and they failed me the two times I was there. I had dropped off my uniform here and I let the guy know the pants needed to be stitched. He told me it was going to take longer because of the stitching (very small). I told him it was okay. When I came to pick it up the day it was promised, I checked the pants before leaving and the stitching had not been done; I needed the pants the next day. The girl there said, "sorry I can send you somewhere else if you want". Like, what??? I requested for my daughters Winter Formal dress to be dry cleaned and would be picking it up the day of. When I arrived to pick up the dress, the gentleman behind the counter asked me as if to confirm if the dress was "pressed only?" I informed him that the dress was supposed to be dry cleaned, he brought the dress out to me and said they could not dry clean it because I brought it in damaged. From the start of our conversation, he was extremely hostile and verbally aggressive before I could even get a word in edgewise! I was extremely upset because I did not bring in my daughter's dress damaged! Just a quick background, my mother worked for a dry cleaners for over 20 years as a seamstress, so I am well-versed in looking over my clothing and checking for stains, damage, and or repairs on all my items I have ever had dry cleaned! He had no remorse for my situation and basically blamed me for turning in a damaged dress and proceeded to say they tried to contact me, yet I never received any call or voicemail. In the picture, you can clearly see where the item was burnt, where his worker made the mistake. I will never recommend this place to anyone or return. The gentleman was horrible. Had poor customer service, and did nothing to rectify the situation. A simple apology and admittance of the mistake would have been sufficient enough for me, but he couldn't even offer that. Suffice to say I had to take my poor daughter who was extremely upset to the mall two hours before her winter formal to purchase a new outfit. read more

Great experience! Needed same day service for my husband's shirts. They were very nice, professional, and I was happy with their work.

I dropped off my dress for alterations for a wedding on a thursday and was told I can pick it up on monday. They told me me dress would be ready by 4pm on Monday. I called on Monday at 12pm to see if my dress was ready just because I was about to drive by the area. When I called they told me my dress would be ready by 3pm and I said no problem I was just checking and was I originally told 4pm. I get there at 4:30pm and I ask for my dress AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE IT AT THE STORE. I leave the next day to mexico to the wedding for my suegos that i'm going to and i'm part of and they don't even have my dress at the store...apart from that they weren't even able to make the alterations I asked for. So I had no dress for the wedding I was supposed to be part of on the day before i'm supposed to leave. They end up dropped my dress off at my house only because I live 5 mins away from this location. They are extremely unprofessional and I will never be coming here again. The owner even yelled at the little girl helping me bc she told me 3pm instead of 4pm like if it made a difference that they didn't have my dress... completely unprofessional. My grandma took her pants, first they were both ready but weren't there, ok fine. then two days later neither were ready, ok fine. Then we go and only one is ready. Wtf. My first and last time here. I would never go back and do business at this establishment. I was waiting in line for around 5 minutes while a customer in front of me was leaving her clothes off at the counter. After the customer was done I stood there waiting for the clerk to call me over. (Her name was Melanie, assuming that is her right name because I had to call the store to find out what it was.)Then a young man walked in. She told the young man that I was next in line. That's where it should have ended. She should have called me over. But she didn't. Instead she deliberately embarrassed me. She wanted to impress and favor the attractive young man to make it seem like I wasn't in line so she can take him next. She asked me "are you in line" when she knew I was standing there alone for over 5 minutes. I felt very insulted. In an angry voice I told her "you know I been in line, I've been standing here for over 5 minutes." Then I went up to the counter, retrieved my clothes, left a 5 cents tip and I told her that I'll never return and do business here again. She didn't say thank you. She didn't say nothing when I left.
