Called numerous times no response, great price, no service

Hernandez cleaned our gutters. Work was excellent and done the day after we called. Price was best of three we checked. Their process involves water flushing the downspouts which removed blockages much better than air blowing which others have done. We also asked for a quote to pressure wash the house and patio but haven't done the work yet. read more

Fantastic. Jamie pressure washed my house, patio, porch, side walks and cleaned out the gutters. Everything looks brand new now. I expected improvement, but this was beyond expectation. Jamie is very attentive to detail, he takes time and does not cut corners. It is easy to communicate with him, he readily works on missing spots. In addition to the contracted work he pressure washed my patio furniture, side walks and door mats for free. I was speechless. I am going to hire him again. If you are lucky enough to get this company to show up then good for you. Communication was great in the beginning, quoted price was good and date was set. Date 1: owner called the day off and said he wouldn't be able to make it because the job from the day before was not finished. I didn't like it but I was flexible and set date 2 for the morning. Well date 2 was cancelled because of "rain". Date 2 schedule was for the morning and was to take only 2-3 hours. The rain was scheduled in the late afternoon-and actually it didn't rain until after 4pm. Owner stated that we would need to reschedule...have not heard from him since. I don't believe a customer should have to follow up behind a business to ensure they come do the work. read more

I needed help getting the front gutter cleaned out so I requested a quote, and Hernandez responded right away, and had a good price. They also could come out that same day! Got a star for keeping original appointment. Did not do the work. I was at home when Jaime arrived and he set up the ladder. Next thing I know even though I was sitting right here I get a voice mail saying it was too steep (I live on the south side of Chicago and there are gangways) but he would be back on Saturday with a partner and they would figure something out. Never heard from him again. I would rather have a little honesty and just say it's a job you can't or don't want to handle and leave it at that. Less aggravation. read more
