Met this husband and wife team needing my Hayabusa towed from Monterey to Tracy. My bike was treated with the best of care from an experienced hauler. Needed a motorcycle tow and Demarco was actually recommended by another company I called. Great price, came on time and delivered my bike with no issues and even sent pics afterward. I was working on another part of my bike and forgot to bolt down my seat but good thing he physically checks your bike to make sure nothing is loose because if it wasn't for that I woulda lost my seat somewhere on 680. Pros: They are through AAA and can tow 2 motorcycles at once. Cons: They took 3 hours to get from Marin to Palo Alto with no traffic. For some reason they decided to take the east bay all the way down to San Jose and come up around. They stopped for dinner for 20 min. along the ride. The guy arrived with his girlfriend or sister (not sure?) with her feet up on the dashboard and the truck was filled with trash and papers. The worst part of it all was his driving. I wasn't sure if he was just tired or if it was the wind, or if he always drives like this but he was swerving like crazy and speeding around cars like a drunk uber driver. Never again. read more

I had a motorcycle with a dead battery and needed a jump start. These guys were the only ones within 50 miles. I called and said "my bike battery is dead, can you guys jump it for me?" And the lady who picked up the phone simply said "no" and hung up. No alternative options offered, no explanations, jst an attitude that implied "f*ck off, don't waste my time". I called back and asked how much it would be to tow the bike 20 miles to my home, and she- again in a very annoyed tone- said "$450"... And hung up before I could even follow up. What the hell is wrong with this place? If they don't even want to help how can I trust them to handle my bike with any care. I ended up getting an uber to autozone and buying a portable battery jumper, ubering back, jumping the bike (which contrary to what AAA and other towing companies tell u is fine for the battery if only done infrequently in emergencies. Anyway, the call receptionist here really needs to check their attitude lol. read more

I was referred to Hernandez Motorcycle Towing by AAA because I lost my keys. Before calling them to come and make a set of keys with chips in them, I had called a local locksmith in Gilroy. They came to where I was at after making me wait for hours resulting in a fail. They couldn't program my key. Ugh! The next day I called Hernandez and he was not only there promptly, he made two keys with chips in them within 10 minutes. My clutch burnt out right before I got to work. I was able to get to my work's parking lot but I couldn't leave. I called them up and in under an hour they were loading my bike up and taking me back to my house. I had AAA but not the right service plan so I ended up having to pay for the tow but it was worth it and they made the whole process painless.
