I found out from Juan that they not only service bikes, they rent them out too. They were super knowledgeable on all the inventory, super friendly, and did their best to help me out in every way possible (within reason of course). Walked around and another service advisors by the name of Jessica Cisneros. She was cool. I told her the same thing. Continue to walk around and another sales advisors approached me. Her name was Gigi. She was cool peeps. We chopped it up for a bit regarding interest of bike model and pricing. I told her the same thing. Overall, this place has nice professional people working here to help you with your needs and wants. The character of each individual that approached me demonstrated professional customer service.
