The corn dogs are frozen foster farms that they microwave and they overdid mine. The Philly cheesesteak was slimey and obviously a frozen one they microwaved. We waited 15-20 minutes for everything. However, even with the bad food experience the movie experience was great. Hopefully the owners will offer a better quality selection of food and drinks and rely less on a microwave for everything .

Restrooms were clean at this time and the popcorn was freshly popped! They offer many different popcorn containers with characters and swag. Parking is ample with ADA spots right out front. It appears this particular shopping center, called the Boise Spectrum Center is trying to refresh their look. Many of the previous tenants I remember have come and gone but hopefully there will be new eateries occupying the vacant spots.

We arrived at the theater and sat down at approximately 2:50, and the movie is already playing. Confused, I went to guest services and was informed the movie started about half an hour earlier, and the time on my ticket was somehow incorrect. Here are the issues: -Upon realizing something was wrong, I went to find an employee. Nobody is present at the ticket check in area (as it is all now self-serve kiosks). The person in front checking tickets did not have any idea and told me to speak to a manager (who was working in concessions). So, I had to wait in line (again, after we already bought concessions) for about 10 minutes before I could even speak to a manager. The manager told me that for reasons unknown, the movie actually started at 2:25 PM, despite my ticket confirmation email saying the movie started at 3 PM. After having to wait about another 15 minutes, the manager said I would be eligible to receive a refund on my tickets. Never did the manager really offer an apology for the inconvenience and did not even offer any compensation (courtesy movie tickets) until asked. This was a terrible experience....it is clear management did not care to retain a customer. Between the drive to the theater and having to wait to even speak to an employee who knew what was happening, was a huge waste of time. They were just popping a batch and I asked if they would scoop from the top rather than the bottom to reduce "old popcorn" and the abundance of salt that falls to the bottom which she did.
