I am very conflicted about this company. First of all the hot tub they gave us is actually pretty…read moregood. However, along the way, we had many hiccups... I will probably give the spa 4/5. However, the companies I've had to deal with I would give a worse score simply because of the hassle. First of all when we need to buy a hot tub I appreciated the gentleman Jeremiah wasn't too pushy. That said, he also didn't steer us enough and I feel like I didn't know my hot tub we got lacked some features like various jet control settings. He also made it seem like our salt, hot tub didn't need any chlorine, when, in fact, I have to put chlorine in it almost every day. Delivery process actually went very smooth and we were able to get a hot tub within two weeks. However, that says shortly after delivery, I began experiencing issues with the hot tub's breaker. Additionally, I never got any follow up or anyone that actually taught me how to use the spa.. I had to spend around one to two hours, reading the manual to figure it all out. I tried calling the guy at the store. He said he would come out to help us learn how to use a spa, but he never answered my calls or emails after selling us a spa. Thanks! Every time I turn the Jets on the hot tub would short circuit breaker. It took almost a month and a half for them to actually fix it. The first technician said that the hot tub was perfectly fine and then finally a month later, the second one came out and figure it out. Another annoying thing is that they tried to gaslight me and told me the reason the hot tub wasn't working properly was because I didn't clean the filters or something like that which was BS. The breaker was broken and now that they fixed it it works perfectly fine. Overall, I had wished maybe to just have a more flawless experience when buying an expensive brand new hot tub.

A lot of $$ was spent as I received a large-ish bouquet ( she is still using wallpaper in plain clear vase instead of the nice vases depicted in the photos) That I must admit appeared pretty. That said, after filling daily- it almost made it 4 days - so not fresh! The purple lilies and orange buds ( also lilies) never opened, baby roses were already dried out. Now- the gift basket. It was nicely packaged and there were some interesting things in it. There were 4 bath balms ( no ingredient labels) and upon using one- I was shocked at what occurred in the water. It turned the clean tub into a huge mess that looked and felt something like oily pond scum with small black chunks sinking to the bottom. It also STAINED my skin and ends of my dark hair GREEN! I won't be using the other three because you can tell by the label that they were made by the same person. They just had a typed label with what I assumed was supposed to be the "scent"-there are no scents with any of them, or any of the other products, just color. There was a small soy based candle that said it was lavender. It smells of rancid oil, again, no scent - other than the rancid. There also were 2 price tags left on a couple items. Basket contained the above plus dental floss, q-tips, a bar of soap ( kind of pretty but also no scent?!) in a loofah type bag ( I do like that for soaps) And natural loofah sponge which I love, a toothbrush, plain lip balm, and a bag filled w/rice for your neck- no scent/herbs in it either. I will be going down there with some of the items I mentioned above and see what she has to say. Judging from the 2 price tags left on the items, this too was a very expensive basket. The items were not hand selected by the man who ordered it for me for my birthday- some seem a bit unusual? Over all- presentation was nice but she takes the cheap rout while charging exorbitant prices and gets angry when questioned about anything as you can see by several other customers comments.
