I then wrote a review on google and he called and threatened to physically hurt me as well as write bad reviews for my business. I've sold that business and this review is factual and deserved. It was gleaming gold and beautiful. Asked for them to clean it up and do any repairs necessary. 3 1/2 months later after calling and calling, they told me it was ready. I asked to see inside again and it was a dull chrome color. I was charged almost $300 for the service. They had completely gutted and taken out the and replaced it with garbage parts. They said it loses about 10 minutes a day. Do not take your vintage time pieces to this location. I had an heirloom pocket watch and they stole what was inside and replaced it with crap. They are thieves.

Then last year I inherited a very old diamond ring. One of the diamonds was chipped and had to be recut. Claudia was very honest about what could happen when it was recut. In addition, she designed a new ring incorporating that diamond and another ring. End result - the new ring is gorgeous! Their customer service is great and their approach is very personal.
