It was gleaming gold and beautiful. Asked for them to clean it up and do any repairs necessary. 3 1/2 months later after calling and calling, they told me it was ready. I asked to see inside again and it was a dull chrome color. I was charged almost $300 for the service. They had completely gutted and taken out the and replaced it with garbage parts. They said it loses about 10 minutes a day. Do not take your vintage time pieces to this location. I had an heirloom pocket watch and they stole what was inside and replaced it with crap. They are thieves.

To be sure they protect your valuables. they photograph everything when you drop it off and give you a receipt for your items. You must bring these papers back with you when you come to pick them up. They won't release them unless you have these papers to ensure no one else takes your things. I think that's a great idea. We made an appointment for a week after we dropped our items off and arrived to get them right on time. We were greeted immediately and they brought out the jewelry. They take the time to go through what they found, item by item. They also clean your jewelry and tighten any stones. I highly recommend Daniel's for any appraisals, cleanings, and repairs.
