To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

Well, I just left another mechanic with a brand new brake and rotor job since during the entire time I've had the car after these guys did this, the loud screeching never went away and I always hear squealing from the back. So for this new brake job, I watched what these guys did the whole time. They told me that the previous place (i.e. automex) overtightened several screws and stripped them AND there were missing pins in the front. The metal was rubbing on other parts. And the pins in the back were never removed and cleaned. They were rusted. Lol guys. What the actual fck. You're taking the new hardware I brought you so you can install in my car for my parts and not even doing the full job. I've tried coming back but they've always given me the runaround. Oh we're busy come back tomorrow at 8. Oh we're busy come at this time and that time. I'm glad I've found 2 other respectable mechanics because I'm never coming back here ever again. What a joke. 2 stars because they used to be good and the price but you definitely get what you pay for that's for sure.

It rained the day we picked our truck up, quite heavily, and it wasn't until we'd loaded the 22' truck trailer almost halfway full that we notice the roof leaked, near the front by the cab. Unfortunately for us, we loaded our bedroom first, so the leak was directly on to our new mattress. I don't think its unfair to expect that when I pay nearly $2k for a truck rental, that it should at the VERY LEAST be water tight. Luckily for Penske, the agreement they make you sign before taking the truck absolves them of any liability for matters such as this. Great job ! Besides the leaky trailer, the truck was fine. If you go with Penske, be sure to check the weather forecast first.
