I was very impressed by the customer service, especially by Austin. I usually rent from Enterprise because I have had good experiences with them. Even though there was a problem with my rental car,, this was no exception. As I drove north out of the city, I realized the car I received did not have functioning air-conditioning. We were experiencing warm weather, so this was a problem, but not a crippling one. Customer service agent Austin was very responsive when I called. We agreed on the amount of money he would take off the bill, and I feel they made it right. I did not want to return to downtown Chicago to try and replace the car, so at the end of the day, I was a satisfied customer. I would use this location again, as it has a good after-hours return policy.

We rented a car for our little getaway in Chicago and everything was a breeze. Reservations were made online, we picked up our car as soon as we arrived in the city and paid a little extra for an upgrade to 2024 BMW X2. Very luxurious, spacious, clean and easy to drive. It made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Customer service was fast and friendly and returning the rental was very easy. You just enter the code you're given at pick up, park the car and return the key to a rep or drop it off in the drop box if it's after hours. Usually long lines for pick-up and average time from store entry to car is 30-45 mins. Cars are old, dirty, smell like smoke, and fuel level is often misrepresented. International Drivers: Be particularly careful for not falling into the trap of signing up for bogus add-on fees. The location used to allow after hours returns but they recently stopped since they clearly have no clue how to manage. The manager is highly abrasive with zero customer service.
