She explicitly stated during the call that she did not inspect the vehicle upon return, and my official receipt from Hertz makes no mention of any damage. At this point, these claims are unsupported and concerning. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, and all unwarranted.

My husband, a disabled veteran, was treated terribly by this location. Instead, they took his keys, made him walk to the bank twice, and caused him to miss his VA appointment. Completely unnecessary, especially when they had our card on file from the insurance company already covering the rental. To make matters worse, they charged us $1,000 up front "just in case" we kept the vehicle longer--even though this is part of an insurance claim and the car is still in the shop. Our insurance stopped paying after 30 days, but industry standard is that the shop rate should be honored if repairs are ongoing. We're pulling our things out and returning the vehicle. It's cheaper and less stressful to rely on what we have at home. Absolutely would not recommend this Enterprise for anyone using a rental during auto repairs. 0/10 experience.
