Then right when we were about to get our vehicle, the Hertz employee drove the car around to the front of the building only for a random individual leaving the parking lot to back into the car we were waiting to rent! This resulted in us having to wait over an hour longer to receive another car. In the 4 hours that I waited to finally receive my rental car I would have been much better off just paying a little bit extra to have rented a car from the airport!!!
