He is brand new at his job, but you wouldn't know it with how caring and friendly he is. The other employees, Alex and Sasha, were so nice to me and to my daughter, and they helped me get set up with our rental, even though it's really not their responsibility. They even gave me a free upgrade to an SUV, just because I waited for about an hour for things to get sorted. Again, they didn't have to do this! When I finally decided to return it I was eight hours late. Because of that they charge me for a whole day. When I asked was there something they could do to help me out where I didn't have to pay for a full day. Maybe a late fee or even at a discounted rate I was told very rudely by the representative there was nothing they can do. I've given this business 10,000 dollars of my hard money only to be treated as if I was trying to get over on them. I was told by serval people not to rent from this location being that they were very rude to their customer and at times I did feel it but I don't like change so I went with it. I bought my Acura MDX here, the mileage was high, but it has been great so far. I noticed the 2 front tires were bald, so I mentioned it to the sister, and she told James right away. He had me come in same day and ordered 2 different tires, and put them on that week, no problem! Also, I mentioned a mechanical issue with the doors, he said give him a few weeks, he will get it fixed. James is very nice, and his sister even nicer. They offer warranty on engine and transmission and will work on the cars they sell as they know it's high mileage. I am not sure what happened with the other people, but I am very happy working with them. In the end, you get what you pay for, but at least they are willing to help.

In the end, the car was finally released, but only after wasting a significant amount of time and causing me to miss an entire day of work.
