My most recent visit had a hiccup regarding vehicle size but Bob fixed everything and was awesome the entire time. I've dealt with Rob also in the past and these two guys are the best. Enterprise has some silly rules and regulations and the branch manager is a bit of a stickler (which is why i gave 4 stars rather then 5) but the customer service from Bob and Rob is second to none!

So people from this location call me from car sales and when I kindly thank them for their offered services but I already have a dealership and lender, the man on the phone starts harrassing me with "oh, so what, you've already put a deposit on a car or?" and when I say yes to quickly end the conversation, he says "OK boss whatever you want". Talk about representing sterotypical car sales people to the letter. I've never been talked to like that.. On a 9 AM work-day phone call! I will never dream of using these people services and will advise others to avoid their disrespectful way of running a business. I've had far better luck dealing with Premier Subaru in Branford.

She was awesome , very friendly , easy to talk to , treated us with respect , great customer service and not pushy, like your regular car sales person. She took her time, answered all of our questions & was very patient. When we decided on the car we liked, Nancy ran the numbers for us and gave us a full breakdown of prices & options to choose from . She never made us feel pressured into buying a car, but simply supplied us with the info. Enterprise took care of everything. Did I mention quick walked in @ 10 am was out the door by 11:45 with a new car ,registration & plates . Doesn't get better than that ! :) We will definitely recommend this place to others! When we showed our confirmation and reservation messages, we were told reservations are not a promise or reliable. The woman at the desk said we could contact Avis, and would say nothing more. The office is a disgusting dump, and the employee was so rude and unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility for not having a car when we had reserved, confirmed and paid already for the rental in advance.

As with all Enterprise locations you return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up, which is not necessarily full. This location was closest to me, and one of the only ones still open going into the holiday weekend. The employee who assisted me seemed nice enough, however he never disclosed to me that there was a $300 security deposit charged along with the rental rate. He verbally told me one price, then proceeded to charge my card that price PLUS $300. Once returning home and noticing the drastic difference in price, I immediately called the location back and the employee admitted that he "must have forgotten" to mention the security deposit. As it is a holiday weekend and the location will not be open again until Monday, I am basically stuck with the charge and any inconvenience it will have on my bank account. Will never rent from Enterprise again and strongly encourage others not to either.
