When I came across Akamai, I called and they not only had cars available, they were reasonably priced, and the costumer service was outstanding. I couldn't figure out how to get my phone connected to the navigation system after awhile and Jon helped me and called someone else to also get extra help and got me all setup. Reservation, pick up, and drop off was seamless and they offered to let me park or overnight if needed. The car was clean, newer, and in great shape. I would highly recommend! When I arrived, the line looked intimidating at first, but it moved surprisingly fast. There was only one person working the desk, and she handled everything so well as she stayed positive, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that they provided clear instructions on how to drop off the car. Finding the garage was a bit tricky since there's no Enterprise sign and only signage for the Hyatt, but the directions they gave made it manageable. Normally, I've been going to the ilikai hotel to take out a rental, but I've had numerous issues with the service that I got from that rental car company, so luckily for me, I found Enterprise Rent-A-Car just a block away from the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Not only is this rental car much closer to the Cutter Dodge dealership, but the service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Upon walking into the rental car agency, the friendly clerk greeted me & processed my rental within 5 minutes. I was totally stunned at how efficient she did this, and upon having me sign a few electronic papers, she then told me to go into an elevator & head up to the "L' floor of the garage. Upon heading up to the "L" floor (or top floor of the garage), another clerk had my vehicle ready, and upon doing a quick look around the vehicle, I just jumped in, and took off. Easy peasy my friends!!! When I returned the rental today, I didn't even need to go into the Enterprise office, as the clerk who processed my eental vehicle return in the garage, did all of the closing of the tab. To top it off, the staff even gave me a ride back to the Cutter Dodge dealership! There's something to be said of great service.........that's how you keep loyal customers! We needed our car early for an excursion that we needed to get to. When we picked up our car, the service was fast and friendly. We got the car we reserved, and it was clean with a full tank of gas. Another plus to renting from this Enterprise location is that it was about $100 cheaper than renting from the one at our hotel.

Premier Auto confirmed they could and provided a quote. About an hour into the job, I received a call stating they "didn't realize" additional components had to be removed to access the filter. At that point, the price was increased to roughly double the original quote--after work had already begun, leaving me with little option but to proceed. Shortly after the service, I began noticing a persistent rattling noise that did not exist prior. After inspecting the issue, it appears that the component they removed to access the filter was improperly reinstalled or overtightened, resulting in damage to the metal part and a constant rattle.

No in and out privileges, so you'll have to pay for parking separately. Reserved a Full Size car and got a Nissan Altima, which we were able to fit two adults, three kids, and five med/small suitcases. Car itself was in good condition but a little dirty inside and out. It was fine for what we needed. (But if the car was clean, this would be a 5/5 star review.) We were looking for a short term rental for our Waikiki stay, and this worked out perfectly.
