    THIEVES work for Enterprise…read more STILL NO RESOLUTION. My wedding ring is gone, and HEATHER (the manager who closed out my rental and even told me she cleaned the truck) STOLE it. Occam's razor explains it. Enterprise at the Skidaway Rd Savannah store employs thieves and liars. I returned a Ford F150 to this location on Thursday January 15th approximately 1:00-1:30 PM. About an hour before I arrived, I had taken off my diamond wedding band and placed it in the cupholder to rub Purell on my hands. Tired and road weary, I failed to put the ring back on and left it in the cupholder. I return the truck. And I didn't realize the ring was left in the cupholder. I call a few hours later (after 9 hours on the road) and called the location. They claim that NOBODY saw the ring. 100% lie. Impossible. It was there, whoever cleaned the cab, took it and kept it. I was told that a manager would "start an investigation" and now a week later, I haven't heard anything and probably won't. And since I live 5 hours away, I can't just hop in my car and visit local pawn shops looking for my wedding ring. Even after I emailed 2 people at corporate, I've heard nothing. Radio silence. This ring is a family heirloom and it was stolen by one of Enterprise's employees. This world is getting worse by the day, and more and more people are becoming less and less caring about anybody but themselves. Honesty and integrity seems to be optional. A rarity. I'm angry, heartbroken and disgusted.

I've now had multiple experiences where I reserve a specific car ahead of time, only to show up and be told it's unavailable. What's the point of offering the option to choose a car if that choice doesn't mean anything? Other Enterprise locations I've used usually have at least some options within the class I booked but this one never seems to. They either need more vehicles or a better booking system to avoid wasting people's time and expectations.

    I have used this branch for years and I have always received great service. Unfortunately, I am not…read moresure if there are new people working but the customer service reps who answer the phones are extremely aggressive and demanding. I have recently experienced this twice on the phone for 2 different rental reservations and saw it first hand while picking up my rental. The people are very argumentative, loud and not friendly at all. The way the people talk to you, you would think I was stealing the vehicle and never returning; which wasn't the situation. Instantly from the moment they contact you it's very hostile and aggressive, when that tone just isn't necessary or a way to handle customers. I think this seriously needs to be addressed. The people working the front desk and outside were great, no issues there at all. I even saw a manager go above and beyond for a customer complaint issue. But the people handling the phones need some customer service training asap! This has definitely altered my opinion of this entire branch.

However, I don't want other customers to have the same experience I had. The smiling faces and positive customer service must have been a front for the substandard quality of rental cars I would receive from this branch. After waiting an hour to pickup my first rental, the detailer pulled it around with all the windows down. That should have been a sign. Within a day, the overwhelming cleansing scent had dissipated, and the clear smell of smoke became apparent. My eyes started itching and I got a headache while driving. I didn't think much of it, so I called the branch and scheduled a replacement. When picking up the replacement, I got in and immediately smelled smoke again. I asked the employee at the front desk to come smell the car to make sure I wasn't going crazy. She said she didn't smell anything, so I thought maybe it was a smoke smell on me carried over from the last vehicle. Within a day, the smell became so apparent that I was getting headaches again. I decided to call a different branch to swap for yet another car. Luckily the folks at the Little Neck Rd. branch were great to work with. They confirmed how bad my car smelled and put me in a clean, standard rental, which I am pleased with. Overall, I would suggest using caution if you plan to rent from the Enterprise on US-80. It seems that the branch leadership cares more about their metrics and turning cars over than they care about their customers.

    Let me start by saying this is one of the best customer service group of people I have dealt with…read morein a VERY long time. A couple of weeks ago a friend of ours hit our car and because of that we needed a rental for a week while it was in the shop being repaired. I have never rented a car before so it was all very new to me. Philip was the first person that I spoke to, very professional and very sensitive to my needs and my family's needs. The night before I was supposed to pick up the car Philip called and explained to me that the van I had rented for the week had been in a car accident and would I take a Tahoe, brand-new, instead at the same price. Of course I would! Who wouldn't? It was an exceptionally nice ride and for that price! for eight days! I was very impressed. I was also worried about how I was gonna get back and forth to the body shop and Enterprise while trying to swap between vehicles, but he sent a fella named Sean to help us out and give us rides to and from the body shop both days! Very professional and very kind and patient!! I returned the Tahoe, thanked them for their service and went about my business. Not even a week later I took my van into get an oil change and pieces of the engine fell apart right in front of the mechanic and I found myself needing a rental once again. I called Phillip and he immediately Took care of me and put me in a nice little Toyota Corolla for a mere $52 including insurance. After I got in the car and crunk it up I noticed a lingering cigarette smell coming from the air conditioner vent, normally I would not have a problem with this, I don't like it, but I could deal, especially since he took such good care of me, and he can't control what people do in these rentals and I understand that. I definitely did not want to be a huge burden. Because of my daughters allergies though, I had to for the better sake of her health call him back and ask if we could swap vehicles. Without hesitation Phillip said "of course, come on back and we will get ya swapped out." I am VERY pleased. Needless to say, Phillip and Sean at enterprise will be my go-to car rental place from here on out! Thankful to have found them! I hope this helps and I wish more people would rate these places. I am an avid 'yelper' and I don't just rant about any business being a business owner myself, again, please give them a chance if you find yourself in a bind with a car.
