I always purchase the tank of gas directly from them, as it's much cheaper than what the gas stations offer. Whenever renting from this location, it has always been my fiancee and I that rent the car. I was a bit shocked when I saw the receipt after returning the rental, as I noticed there was an $80.00 charge added for listing my fiancee as an additional driver. Never in the past have I ever been charged this fee, as I have always been told that as long as they have his driver's license on file, he is covered. The individual who waited on us was not the man that we usually deal with, so this was upsetting.

They are very focused on putting the customer first. The Enterprise rental fleet seems to heavily favor the Chrysler products, though I have ended up with the odd Chevy and even--once--a Prius. Huge mistake!! Since I got the car, it has been making a very concerning noise with the transmission. I'm worried the car is going to stall out while I'm on the freeway!! Since I am staying 40 minutes from the airport, I took the car to the enterprise location closest to me and requested a swap. Pretty standard no-frills not asking for an upgrade, just to swap to a car that feels SAFE at the very least. I was met at the counter with an attitude saying there is nothing they can do because there system is down, then they tell me they can't communicate with the airport location because they don't have a phone? I showed them the phone number on my contract, to which they said I should call them.
