Super Cheap Rental is solely run by him. He has a few cars to be rented and based on what you choose will determine the amount of mileage allotted. We were given a Nissan Versa, we thought it was quite perfect for the the small parking spaces in San Jose and Bay. Excellent on gas mileage too! The best part was the pricing, it really is cheap! We also got picked up from the airport but that was probably because he didn't have any clients prior to appointment. We took a Lyft to the airport since Sundays the office is closed. Ride-share Drivers and Partners…read more Be careful doing business with Avis. Various drivers and Uber partners-vehicle repair companies-are saying "Avis is the worst" in the ride-share business. They treat Uber drivers and partners like trash. Avis vehicles are dirty and some are filthy. And they're overpriced. Avis employees at the local store are good people. But, they appear to be overworked, undervalued, and fearful of "losing their job." Be sure to regularly check your credit card on file with them. Avis Corporate and their local store will both put charges on your card without your permission or knowledge. If you experience a flat tire or mechanical failure on the road, best of luck. Make sure to keep your emergency roadside assistance card on you along with a credit card. Avis' reimbursement process is slow and tedious. I recently experienced a flat tire. During my visit to the mechanic he informed me that the windshield wipers were "down to the metal" and needed immediate replacement. The Uber/Avis approved tire shop submitted the appropriate authorization form to Avis, only to be denied. When returning the vehicle try not to leave your personal items inside the car. Avis is notorious for not returning your items. I left my FasTrak device in the car and promptly notified Avis but they never responded. And someone was using the device.
