It was a 2017 Ford Focus with only 30K miles. As anyone looking for cars today knows that it is hard to find an older car with low miles. The price was very fair. When we got to store the Sales Manager, Tom Julian, was also very helpful and made the buying experience memorable for my son. He was very cordial and I know we got a very good deal on the car. Over the decades of buying cars, this was by far the best interaction we have had with a dealership. If I had this interaction years ago when buying a car, I think we would have been a long term Ford family. We also met the owner, John Hennessy, and that also supported the fact that this store has an old school approach and treats their customers in the right way.

Went to John Hennessey on the recommendation of a friend who had bought 5 cars from River View. I wanted a used Lexus. They gave me a loaner used car (one of their few Lexus used autos) to test out for the weekend. Price was more than fair, car was fine -- but too small for me. Just too darn small. But you don' t know till you get in and drive around for a bit. They delivered the car to the BNSF Metra station of my choice, and when I called John H and told him I fell in love with a used Infiniti (almost by accident, just stopping into another dealer to kick the tires--but the heart wants what it wants) they came to get the car where I was - at my sister's, about 1/2 hour from Oswego. This, after I used their car for almost 2 days. And I am almost ashamed to say, the last morning of which I shopped for other cars. If I was a Ford man, I would make a beeline to Riverview Ford. Based on my experience, a quality outfit -- stand-up guys.

During the refinancing of the vehicle (to lower the interest), we decided to no remove that. We were promised a full refund...... we never received it!!! We have been given the run around with the dealership. We have called so many times to get this resolved and have been ignored or the issue has been pawned off on someone else. Tons of high quality photos and detailed descriptions of any flaws and other observations about the car. That said, I've been getting my Mercedes serviced there since 2002 and overall I'm happy with the service. No, they aren't the fastest but they know Mercedes and I've seen $500K classics in the shop. An owner of one of the classics doesn't take his car to an unreputable shop. They just finished my GLE63S and it looks pristine. All the cars below were serviced by Star European.
