LIARS THIEVES…read more MASTERS OF MISDIRECTION SCANDALOUS BUYER BEWARE ... Please read all the reviews ... The constant reoccurring complaints. This place is a embarrassment to the quality Acura brand Out of state buyers are the largest group of consumers who are being strategically marketed against They (Advantage Acura) quote a rock bottom unbelievable price on a CERTIFIED VEHICLE.. customers jump in planes to hurry in to secure the deal of a life time only to arrive and discover their dream deal is turning into a NIGHTMARE The price just got raised $2500 - $2800 extra for the certification CPO which they were told was included !! Funny thing is the payment they were quoted before flying out to Naperville was correct !! How does the payment match but the price went up almost $3000.00 In my opinion.... buying from here is a costly mistake It's called PAYMENT PADDING .

TLDR; Just call and ask for John Nanni and you're in great hands from there! We absolutely love our…read moreMDX. Total game changer and we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long. Cannot recommend them enough for a used Acura! We were calling around to get OTD prices on some specific vehicles at two locations since it's quite a drive for us these days. An Acura dealership in the city didn't return our calls and we were playing phone tag with Advantage Naperville and another sales associate initially. Ultimately we decided to drive down to the city because of their inventory. We were quickly disappointed with the service and it felt slimy from start to finish. They were tacking on warranty after warranty and fee after fee - I won't continue getting into it. We walked out for a coffee in hopes we could get a hold of someone at Advantage Naperville before we made our decision. John called back within minutes and the rest is history. Only fees were sales tax, docs, and title. We couldn't believe we were getting an upgraded version with warranty for only a couple grand more than the dealership in the city. John made all the difference! The majority of the transaction was over the phone and everything was ready for us to sign when we stepped in. The process was an hour from start to finish. We also worked with Stephanie in finance and we appreciated the no pressure attitude. The entire experience is just a breath of fresh air. We look forward to trading in our other car in the future and working with John again for our next Acura purchase!

This review is for Tobias King and Blair Berg…read more If you want to have a comfortable experience and be directed to the right car at the price you are willing to pay, see Tobias King, Sales Consultant at Enterprise Care Sales in Aurora. Tobias actually became a friend along the way. He patiently listened to what we were looking for, then brought the car up for a test drive. He answered all of our questions. We felt as if we could leave at any time, which is different from previous car purchase experiences. But we didn't want to leave because we were learning so much. Blair Berg gracefully walked us through financing and we obtained a better loan than we expected. Thanks to both Tobias and Blair for such a comfortable experience. John and Barb

Bought a 2024 Audi A5 in June, 2026: Here's my experience:…read more POSITIVE Saw the car I wanted on their site and because the make, model and color would be snapped up ASAP, they grabbed it right away and it was transferred from another city/state within a week later. At my request, they held it for me for 5 days until I could get there from my home 90 miles away. The salesman was nice, personable, accommodating and answered all my questions. He should get a better job elsewhere. The car was in pristine condition - inside and out. They attached one license plate for me and gassed the car before I drove it off the lot. As I'd been renting a car from Enterprise, I was able to drop it off there (different location from the rental origin) without an extra charge. NEGATIVE They will push the warranty, even if it includes flirting shamelessly! It could be that I was in a hurry, but they should have attached the second plate. Now I've gotta pay someone to do it - I'm not handy. I was paying cash for the car which at first, I going to do via wire transfer. However, telling me it would take a day for their "corporate office to receive the wire transfer", they wanted me to do the wire the day BEFORE I was scheduled to pick it up. While I was 95% sure I wanted the car, I'd only seen it online and I wasn't about to pay for it until I'd seen it in person and test drove it! It's 2026, folks and wire transfers are immediate! Don't test our BS meter. I paid by cashiers' check instead. Also, because I wanted to get miles on my credit card, I asked to put $10k of the $34k+ cost on it, but $5k is the most they'll let you put on a card (obviously, they want every opportunity to finance the cars they sell. One day soon, someone's going to challenge this in court and win). They wouldn't even let me put the warranty (which is a separate purchase) on my card. (the two points above are likely not under the salesman's control) Finally, and the most disappointing part of the experience: Once I bought the car, I immediately drove it to a mechanic I'd made an appointment with to have it checked out. They spent several hours inspecting it and told me that Internally, it was all good. BUT, while it was up on the lift, they saw it had been in an accident: the passenger door on the driver's side had been replaced and cheaply done with 'Bondo'. Sure enough, the paint doesn't exactly match. No accident was reported on the Carfax report. I called Enterprise Car Sales to discuss this with them and the dealership manager said: If it's not on the Carfax report, we don't have to tell you about it and we're not responsible for it. FYI: Don't trust a Carfax report.
