We have used this company for interior and exterior window cleaning for years. Unfortunately, after…read moremultiple incidents involving damaged blinds, I can no longer recommend them. If I could give negative stars I would! The first documented issue occurred in 2024. The same thing happened again in fall 2025, and then once more on June 2, 2026. After the 2025 incident, I worked with Clint Coronado, the president, to have replacement blinds installed. The wrong color blinds were ultimately installed, and when I asked him to handle correcting the issue, I received no response. After the most recent damage, Clint emailed me stating (I provided a photo as well): "Hello Joey, Sorry this is just being brought to my attention. Unfortunately, it is my opinion that all of your blinds should be replaced. We cannot accept responsibility for the damage to these blinds a 3rd time. They all need to be replaced. In the meantime, I think it is best you find a new window cleaner. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank You, Clint Coronado, President Program One". Not only did he fail to rectify the wrong color blinds that were installed after I asked him to do so, but this is how he handles breaking clients property? Deflect all accountability and say find someone else? The blinds were professionally installed 3 years ago and are used daily without issue! If he had a problem with their overall quality or poor installation, he would've mentioned it back in 2024! Not after the third instance a year and a half later! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Clint responded with an email that included (also provided photos below) "This was our mistake, we should have never offered to order and replace these ourselves. That is what we get for going above and beyond for a $200 customer. The only responsibility I will bear is the mistake of continuing to clean your windows after the 2nd "failed blind install"". That response from the president alone speaks volumes. Rather than taking accountability for repeated damage, he dismissed our concerns, minimized our account as a "$200 customer," implied that we are not deserving of above and beyond service, and suggested that we find a new window washing company. All customers should get above and beyond service no matter the size of their property or the value of their jobs! I just received an email (photo included) from Clint that included "Joey, Sorry to be so argumentative but you keep putting words into my mouth. I never said there was evidence of a "widespread installation issue". Regardless, my guys are not animals. We know how to open and close blinds.". How am I putting words into his mouth when he said things like (photo included) "All of your blinds should be replaced." "There is something wrong with your blinds." "Get your blinds fixed. Not just the broken one that we pulled down because it's not secured properly. Get them all checked and re-secured". He is changing the consistency of his stance. And then he starts getting defensive about his guys not being animals, I never said they were, but mistakes happen, own them! In my experience, Clint Coronado and Program One took no accountability for the damage, handled the situation unprofessionally with the poorest of behaviors, and left us to deal with his mess. Steer clear of this company at all costs! If something goes wrong, don't expect ownership of the problem. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There were four men and each went directly to his assigned area and quickly had everything sparkling clean. I would highly recommend Terry and Jeff is a great asset to the company. Plenty parking on the street and spots available, however Mike thought since he is special, he would take up 3 spots very close to the laundromat as he & his crew were finishing lunch in the restaurant in the strip mall. So.... I say, Gee 3 spots huh? as I walk by. He immediately in anger says, there are 7 other spots lady. We've been here 1/2 hour. No worries I say. I carry in an armful of towels, heavy, to wash and Mike starts screaming at me across the parking lot as I take a picture of his truck from the laundromat door, 20 feet away. "Old lady, no one cares about you, old lady. No one cares about you old lady. No one to carry your clothes old lady? No one cares about you old lady and repeats a few more times before he leaves. (You get the picture) So people, this Is not the type of guy I would hire. No way. He is very rude and disrespectful.

They said they would come in 3 weeks after finishing to do any touch up required. I called and left at least TEN messages and the service rep did not even return my calls. I also called the main office number and no one returned my call. If they didn't want to come in and do the follow-up, I would have appreciated 1) for them to not promise it in the first place and 2) to return my calls and explain they couldn't come. Despite their painting skills, I would not recommend this company to others, as how a company treats its customers also matters.
