The biggest issue was that the TV at our bay was almost completely blacked out, so we couldn't even see our scores. That's kind of the whole point of going to Topgolf, so it made the experience frustrating and honestly not worth the $200 we spent. We let staff know, but they could have cared less. Nothing was offered - not even a discount to return, partial refund, or even an offer to move to a different bay. On top of that, service was slow and inconsistent, and the overall vibe just didn't match what you'd expect for the price we paid. For a place that markets itself as a fun, high-tech experience, this visit completely missed the mark. I wouldn't rush back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it unless they improve their maintenance and customer service. Bay 114 should be closed until the TV screen that shows the scores is fixed

The artwork and animatronics are spot-on, really creative and entertaining. They are proud of their designs, and each location is a little bit different. It's an indoor course you play under UV lights for the "glow in the dark" effect. We find it one of the more affordable mini golf courses ($13/adult, $11/child/senior). It must also be very well-maintained, because we've been coming in for 5+ years now and I have never once thought, "Oh, this part here is getting worn down" or is dirty or needs to be replaced. The staff is friendly and genuinely want you to have a good time. We occasionally avail ourselves of the mini bowling and arcade (there are price packages if you want to play multiple things), but the mini golf is our jam. Anyone sensitive to strobe-light effects will have to stay away, though.

We really enjoyed the quick and simple layout of the course and more so, all the unique monster-themed paintings scattered throughout the course. Our little one had a great time and we did as well. After finishing the mini golf, we enjoyed their small arcade area and our son was able to get some cool monster-themed prizes with his tickets. I really liked the theme and how unique this place was, compared to the other kids places of this variety (Dave and Busters, Chuck E Cheese, etc). After our weekend in Frisco, Monster Mini golf was actually one of the highlights of the trip and the friendly staff made it all the better. New owners spent several months rebranding and remodeling this place into a pop culture-themed mini golf course. There's Elvis, Aerosmith, King Kong, Buddy Holly & The "Crickets", baseball, Mt Rushmore, Wizard of Oz, Paul Newman's Fast Eddie Felton from "The Hustler", drive-in movies, bowling, and more. Some holes have a little fun twist. Gotta read the signs at each one! We played on a Sunday--got there just as they opened, so we beat the crowd. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have drinks & snacks available to purchase. We will definitely be back! Forgot to mention that they have theme days/weekends! We did mini golf, go karts, and laser tag. And celebration station I feel like is an expensive jack-of-all-trades and master-of-none sort enterprise. The laser tag was a bit disappointing in that there were no teams. It was every man against every other man, and that wasn't clearly explained. The equipment was slow to respond to the buttons being pressed. It felt sweetly nostalgic to the last time I played almost 20 years ago, but even then the places I played then were much more legit. Mini golf felt like it was designed by someone without any passion or interest in enhancing the experience. It was soulless. The number of courses with no obstacles, or just basically one block obstacle to put around was pretty shocking to me. No creativity, but there were in fact 36 holes to put through. Go karts was more fun than I expected, but the guys running it had unclear signals and didn't really communicate clearly with us when to go and stop. Not all carts had the same VROOM VROOM. I got lucky that mine was speedy, but my bf's just wasn't, even with the pedal pushed all the way down. The redemption games were ok. Most cost $2 per play, so you would fly through a $10 game card in just a few minutes in many cases. Some games were not working, which was frustrating. We also didn't get tickets from all the games properly. The prize / ticket ratio was insane. I feel like they are being unnecessary stingy in the cost to get even decent prizes. Main event is better for this. All these things said, we did have fun just with the nostalgia factor and enjoying it for what it was. But especially with the price, I am unlikely to return.

My company rented out a meeting room here 4 days in a row for days that stretched from 9am to 4pm. The big pluses here are that it's easy to find and the parking is free. The meeting room is like a plain corporate meeting space with a network connection and a partition divvying the space. While it wasn't the most stimulating place to sit all day, the ambient noise of people having fun and playing games is kind of amusing given the stark contrast of company gathering and all the fun brouhaha going on outside. Everyday of the meetings, we had steam trays of food brought for breakfast and lunch. The food was like kid-friendly versions of everything. For example, we had taco Tuesday, and the food was reminiscent of school cafeteria food. It wasn't bad, but something you definitely wouldn't want to eat everyday. The employees here were really nice and helpful, so the team here is solid. Whenever we had tech issues, someone was in right away to assist. The big irony here is that after the four days of training we got cards to enjoy ourselves with unlimited play for like an hour, but we were all too worn out to enjoy. So is the life of grown folks.
