Celebration Station- a blast back to my childhood, where it likely will stay again until I relive it with my own children We chose the three activity package for 31 dollars per person that also included $10 in game credit. We did mini golf, go karts, and laser tag. And celebration station I feel like is an expensive jack-of-all-trades and master-of-none sort enterprise. The laser tag was a bit disappointing in that there were no teams. It was every man against every other man, and that wasn't clearly explained. The equipment was slow to respond to the buttons being pressed. It felt sweetly nostalgic to the last time I played almost 20 years ago, but even then the places I played then were much more legit. Mini golf felt like it was designed by someone without any passion or interest in enhancing the experience. It was soulless. The number of courses with no obstacles, or just basically one block obstacle to put around was pretty shocking to me. No creativity, but there were in fact 36 holes to put through. Go karts was more fun than I expected, but the guys running it had unclear signals and didn't really communicate clearly with us when to go and stop. Not all carts had the same VROOM VROOM. I got lucky that mine was speedy, but my bf's just wasn't, even with the pedal pushed all the way down. The redemption games were ok. Most cost $2 per play, so you would fly through a $10 game card in just a few minutes in many cases. Some games were not working, which was frustrating. We also didn't get tickets from all the games properly. The prize / ticket ratio was insane. I feel like they are being unnecessary stingy in the cost to get even decent prizes. Main event is better for this. All these things said, we did have fun just with the nostalgia factor and enjoying it for what it was. But especially with the price, I am unlikely to return. read more

The go cart racing, bumper boats, and outdoor area are all a blast! We went when the breeze outside decided to grace our presence in this August heat so it wasn't terribly hot. What needs work: the front staff. I'm not sure what they were doing but they did not leave the kitchen area unless you announced your presence by yelling. It was a bit annoying having to keep waiting for minutes at a time to either order food, order more game tokens, or just get any customer service. Bathrooms and dining area could use some TLC as well. I noticed the staff grouped up in the kitchen area and just giggling amongst themselves without helping the customers every now and then which caused a lot of backup. The gentleman running all of the outdoor games however were absolutely lovely. They took care of us and made sure we had a great time. read more

My nieces and nephews just love the go carts their favorite part of celebration station..... my kiddos enjoyed the water boats and the mini train... the arcade games were great as well. The restroom was clean... The food prices were a lil steep but it was ok there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The staff was laid back but very attentive. We didn't get a chance to play mini golf or anything else because all they wanted to do was drive the go carts!!! Maybe next time we can do a lot more.. read more

Went here as a spontaneous date night with the honey. We were looking for batting cages, and knew putt putt entertainment venues housed them without us interfering with professional batting cages. First impression was it is understaffed and poorly maintained. Game on. Play ball. Top of the first. Watched an employee fall while changing the exterior trash bags. As we walked in it seemed she was ok but now reaching in through the bushes for something. Just bizarre. Bottom of the first. Front desk employee was astounding! She was quickly rifling through the customers and their requests. Top of the second. All the batting cages were locked after purchasing an hours worth of batting. No one around. Bottom of the second. Bumper boats had no one attending. Top of the third. Went back to the front desk and inquired why there was no one at anything we paid for. She informed us they were having to rotate employees. First indicator they were understaffed and things were accessible because of that. Bottom of the third. Went back to batting cages and found out from people already with helmets and bats, we had to visit the mini golf station to get equipment. Top of the fourth. We wait for prior group to finish, due to no other cages being unlocked. Bottom of the fourth. We get in the cage and start batting. The machine stops. Top of the fifth. No employees around. We start feeding the machine balls that had gotten caught. Bottom of the fifth. Still jo employees. We walk up to the ball feeder and notice a clog. Start feeding the machine and it starts throwing. Top of the sixth. Still no employees. GF discovers on her own that the circulating feeder is unplugged. Plug it back in. Bottom of the sixth. Probably 20mins after we started the fiasco, our time runs out which was supposed to be an hour. Top of the seventh. Make it back to bumper boats. Water smells like butt juice. GF's boat decided to squirt water constantly. Bottom of the seventh. Went and tried some arcades. Had fun with those. The walking dead was disabled. Top of the eighth. Bought more for batting cages. All of the cages were unlocked now. Win! Bottom of the eighth. One of the batting cages takes two swipes of the card, doesnt feed balls. Go to another cage amd it works. Top of the ninth. Second cage stops feeding. Previous cage starts spitting balls but stops. Start walking to the feeder and an employee from the go carts appears! Stops me, and fixes both feeds, and then informs me that there should be someone working the cages, and if not, to go back to the mini golf desk and inform them. Bottom of the ninth. We just play pool. Under maintained, staffed, and rather overpriced. Spent $25 on the special, and then another $40 on additional batting cages and 2 pina coladas. Food and drinks seemed over priced. It was nice being able to bring my kids in, as I use to come here as a child myself. A lot of the attractions were not running because of the time of year, which is understandable. Prices are definitely very expensive and we had quite a bit of trouble getting the accurate amount of tickets won from machines. My son won on a machine that did not give him his tickets. When we asked a staff member walking by for assistance, they told us there is nothing they could do to help us and there is no way to fix the mess up. Luckily, after quite a bit of searching we were able to locate someone who was able to help and resolved the issue rather quickly. Came here while in town. Celebration Station offers a variety of options that are fun for the whole family. The arcade offers a variety of fun games and prizes. Go karts are very fun with a fun track for all. Laser tag was very fun for everyone. There are also other activities that we did not try out. The staff was very friendly and the manager Ted was great to my family. Inside, outside and the bathrooms were very clean. Overall this is a great stop for all ages, and should definitely be checked out by those looking for fun. read more

Avoid this place at all cost!! Saw some mixed reviews but decided to give them a try. The so called general manager Todd Morris is a joke of a trained manager and is the only reason my family and several others will never be back. 95% of employees literally look & talk like they hate working there. They have signs on the attractions that says "staff is rotating" which basically means not all attractions are open at the time. They're cheap and refuse to hire staff to cover all the attractions, so no telling how long you'll wait. After spending over $400, my toddlers "all day pass" started to tear. The rude manager not trying to access the situation only stated it wasn't valid. I was only able to get her a replacement wristband 30 min later after producing my receipt and the rude manager had to roll the surveillance tape back that showed everyone with me had an all day pass. To top it off, after being there several hrs, same rude manger would not allow my wife to ride the go-karts unless her long hair was "up in a bun" .....just keep in my on this same day she rode the go-karts about 5 times and no one said a word!!! The manager was butt hurt after being proven wrong about the torn wristband so this "hair" was a targeted attack. I have about 4hrs of video showing numerous other patrons with long hair and NONE were asked to change their hairstyle. Retaliation lawsuit might be in the works AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ps obviously they get a lot of bad reviews and erase them b/c they have an employee going around offering you a $10 arcade card if you leave them a 5 star review. We came here to take my nieces and nephew here before they we back home to Florida. Everything is overpriced we purchased 4 all day passes, Large Pizza, Large Drink, $15 game card which cost $99 plus tax. Sounds like a good deal until the all day pass isn't good for all the rides it only coves Go Karts, Bumper Boats and the Train that wasn't even work. Everything else was extra like golf, rock climbing, paint ball, trampoline. If u have little kids under I think 48 inches they need to have someone over that height to drive to go karts so now you have to buy another pass just so you can drive the kids so they can have fun on the go karts. I think if you have a all day pass it should have access to everything why come if it only allows you to something's. We spent almost $200 so the kids could enjoy all the actitives. The only good side is it was very clean and the staff is friendly especially the young lady that works at the outside golf rentals. Thanks read more

This place is a wonderland for kids. I went when I was a child myself and I can definitely say that they constantly get new machines and remodel. I'd even go for a date! The lighting is dim, in a good way, which is awesome, and they have lazer tag as well. The games are all futuristic, and some are quite large and tall which gives the place a neon glow. This place is way more relaxed than Chuckie Cheeae and they have BEER! Good beer too, not just the normal pilsners. I personally like Revolver Blood and Honey. It's 7% as well ;) The kids love it, I love it, and it's overall awesome. I can kick back and eat a pizza and watch the kids have the time of their lives. It's a win-win. read more

My school LHHS went to this place on a field trip for our senior year. I really appreciate the staff of my school taking us on a trip here because it was really fun attractions. However, I don't understand the disrespect from the two ladies at the drink bar. First off, let's start with how when the syrup ran out in the drinks the young Hispanic lady proceeded to still pour the drinks for us students to drink,Like really girl? How smart is that. After getting tired of drinking carbonated water, we asked the two young ladies where the water fountain was and they said " I don't know", you work here everyday and you don't know where the water fountain is???? When we left more students from different schools were asking where the water fountain was they gave the same response only with a lot more attitude. If you don't want to work with children then don't apply at a children's place or don't come to work when schools are having their events. It kills the experience that we paid to have. Other than that, all the games were easy access, and Fun! The lady at the trampoline station was awesome and super sweet. Which was a relief from dealing with the two at the bar. read more

The husband and I were looking for something low-key, relatively inexpensive, and fun to do with our 2 year old tonight. We googled putt-putt golf, Celebration Station came up. So we put on the tennis shoes and headed to Mesquite. The location was easy to find, plenty of parking--one nice thing about getting out of the city. Also, lots of chain restaurants in the area if you want to couple eating with your visit to Celebration Station. When we arrived, we didn't hang out in the indoor area (arcade, food, laser tag), but went straight to the outdoor activities (putt-putt golf, bumper boats, go-karts, etc). We decided to kick the night off with some putt-putt. It was $6.50/adult. Kids under 5 y/o were free. I was a little concerned that they might not have a golf club small enough for our daughter but they were properly outfitted for the little ones. When it came to choosing a course, they had two options: a red course and a blue course. We chose the blue but walked the red after we were done. I would definitely go with the red in the future--not the safer of the two courses (lots of water for the little ones to fall into) but definitely the more exciting one. Both courses were pretty straightforward--not really much in the way of unusual challenges that putt-putt courses are generally known for. Having a two year old in tow, we thought the simplicity was great. It was definitely not crowded there tonight, so no worrying about holding up someone else's game while helping our two year old figure her way out around a putt-put course. After we lost our balls to the 18th hole, we purchased two tickets for the children's rides (fair style train on circular track and an airplane). The tickets cost us a total of $5.00. We were glad we had cash on us because they have a $10.00 minimum for credit card purchases. The rides certainly weren't new but what does a two year old care. She thought it was great and it made me super excited about the prospect of taking her to the state fair next month. Our little bundle of energy was tuckered out after our full hour and a half, came home happy and crashed. That combination always equals money well spent in my book. read more

I've played putt-putt here many a time. I usually go really late at night when the little ones that usually occupy 99% of this space have already been tucked into bed- and are out of my way. Young teenyboppers operate all the sales booths and half the time near closing they're too busy talking on their cell phones to even bother charging me. I think when they do charge you its like 6 bucks or something, and if you're smart enough to keep your ball you can play as much as you want. There are two courses, very well laid out and the decorations are actually much more significant than other putt courses I've been to. Sucks that the last time I went the water was all drained though- I had to walk around looking at the trashy bottom of the "creek" the whole night. As a youngin' ( back when I could fit into the little rides) I enjoyed coming here on class trips and going to birthday parties, where we'd ride bumper boats and race little cars. There are also an extensive amount of arcade games and classic things like air hockey. There is a laser tag venue on the upper level, but good luck finding my fat ass running around being chased by children. They have some food for kiddos. Can't say I've eaten there since I've made conscious decisions about what goes in my mouth, but if you're with kids they'll eat it and probably even enjoy it. And of course you can always buy bundles for groups a-la Chuck-E-Cheeses, where you get x amount of pizza and x amount of tokens. All-in-all, I recommend this place for Putt-Putt activities mainly (not saying it's the best course ever, but it's certainly the closest to my apartment), but it has all the amenities to keep brats happy for hours and it's a very cheap date. read more

This is a great place to take the kiddos. Sure beats Chuck-e-Cheese. When you walk in you can order pizza, nachos, etc. They have a huge room with a t.v. to eat in. They have lots of games for the kids to play. Most are simple games where you can win tickets to turn in for all the junk at the end. My favorite game is deal or no deal. You can win up to 100 tickets. Kind of fun. They have the basketball game, skee ball, water gun races. Then upstairs you have laser tag. Outside you have putt putt, golf carts, rock climbing, kiddie rides, bumper boats, batting cages and paintball. It is pretty pricey unless you go with a coupon or certain nights during the week they have specials for various activities. We stayed for an hour and blew through $35 dollars pretty fast but it's worth it! read more

Wow, don't know which way to go with this review because...we had a really great time on the go-karts and since it was a slow day we never really had to wait to ride them. (This was the only ride that had an attendant there full time. I'll get to that later though) We bought wristbands so we had unlimited rides and with two 5 year old boys this really made there day. The bumper boats were fun and the boys enjoyed shooting and spraying the water. They also rode the train and the airplanes. Inside my husband and the boys enjoyed playing video games and air hockey. If I rated this place based on how much fun we had together as a family I would give 5 stars however, I think an experience is also based on the customer service aspect and at this place there IS NO customer service. Service for anything was extremely slow even though there were more employees than patrons it seemed. One kids meal took more than 20 minutes (which again was during a slow time), the buffet pizza was old and cold and every time we needed an attendant for an outdoor ride we had to go inside to find one. At one point I considered just securing the kids and starting the ride myself. Honestly, no one would have noticed. I kept looking around thinking that this could really be a cool place if it were run properly. Most of the employees are teenagers that are bored out of their minds and too engrossed in their conversations to notice you. I can't say I blame them though, it's obviously a management issue. On our way home the boys said they had so much fun on the go-karts and playing video games but they did say it was too hot outside and they had to wait a long time for everything. With that said, I told my husband our next stop would be Amazing Jakes or Adventure Landing. I'm giving this place 3 Stars out of some strange love for my childhood memories. My dad would take me here, and I went numerous times with friends throughout high school. It was a blast... But when you are the parent, spending the money you worked for, it's a different story. My main complaint was the lack of care by the staff. All teenagers, who seemed more interested in hanging out with their friends. (I get it! I remember being that way too.) The bumper boats had no one at the gate. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up. We had to find a kid and make them get their coworker to come out of the paintball area. Then, I got in a boat with my youngest, and the kid wouldn't hep the other children into their boats. They managed... But a "helping hand" wouldn't have hurt. The little train in the middle.. Some poor girl had to run back and forth to work that, the rock wall, and the trampoline section. Why? Because her coworkers were all jacking around. I told her she was amazing for actually doing her job and theirs. She seemed to appreciate the compliment as much as I appreciated the work. The Go-Carts were just as fun as I remember. Those kids working that section nailed it with doing their job. They made it fun for us and themselves, but kept people safe as well. Best part of the evening. One tip, if you still come here. Cards you have for playing games inside, is not the same as the cards for doing the trampoline and Rock Wall. I went in to get the card.. There is no signs saying it is different. Then I get back outside and the girl tells me it's not correct. To fix it, I had to wait for the front desk to clear of customers... Then they had to call a manager, who had to disappear into the back to fix it. A sign would have eliminated all of this wasted time. All in all, it's not as fun as I remember. My kids didn't seem to mind any of it. But as a parent, you expect more Bang for your Buck. read more

Within the first 10 min of being in the place we should have known we should have walked out. 1st bad experience - the game card don't swipe correctly so if you're trying to play a game with a friend forget it their game will start before yours. Tell the manager and they don't care and don't offer to help. 2nd bad experience- LAZER tag, didn't understand that there's two different things they add to your play card.. They lady doesn't say or ask to confirm what's on your card til you're up.. So she tells you, you have to go downstairs and buy the play.. You wait in the busy line and come back to play just to wait even longer and be rudely told that another party was a head of you even tho you're party had been standing waiting for 12 min since the other game started.. Once playing the vests stop working and you have to waste the time you paid for to come get another one one.. They won't give you more time for their crappy equipment. 3rd bad experience, we won a game prize was 300 tickets .. Went to the ticket machine it sucked em up but only counted 54.! Told the guy in the blue shirt that was working on the machines cuz they knew they were jamming. He opened it up and it had shredded all but 2 tickets. He handed the 2 back we moved to the other side of the machine and tried again it sucked them up and said 0 tickets.! I told him so how do I get my tickets and he was clueless .. He called a game "coach over" a guy in a black shirt came i'm going to say how many tickets to be put in I told him and he said well you can't prove that so I'll give you 50, he took my card and supposedly put them on. But when we checked out to get toys there was no credit on the card. We complained and the manager gave one excuse after another.! read more

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon with 4 kids. Kids had a blast wasted two hours with a charge of $25.00 What a bargan. Place could have been cleaner and there were several machines out of order wasted several credits on machines with glitches. Some machines seemed rigged for failure. Had a blast over all. With some decent management this place could be amazing. Would come back again just not on weekend because this place was busy enough on a weekday. read more

Celebration Station is a great amusement stop in Mesquite. It has been around for a while so of course some of their rides and games need updating. But every time we visit we still have fun. We make sure to buy game, ride and meal deals to save money. Their miniature golf area is great and well kept. Their bumper boats are fun but a long wait in line as they only have a few boats. Their go-carts are fun as well. They have most of their new games downstairs. Upstairs they have the older games, pool table, and laser tag. So there is plenty to do. The food is actually pretty darn good. We've ordered their chicken strips, burgers, and pizza. All great. I had my son's 6th birthday at Celebration Station. All went great. However, once we went outside and met Cameron, it all changed, we put up with it most of the night, he was unkind, rude, disrespectful and had a bad attitude towards the passengers getting on the car ride. When we addressed it with his manager, he interrupted us and at some point looked like he wanted to do more than scream at us. He should not work anywhere near the public and most definitely never around kids! His manager had no clue, idea as to how to handle him. Go cart, paint ball, trampoline , water ride, mini train , baseball hitting and 18 hole golf miniature.
