We came here for lunch a month or so ago and were really impressed with the burger selection. Firstly, the atmosphere is really cool with bright vibrant colors up against the black modern ceiling and metallic accents. They have a lot of interesting burger choices including peanut butter? Pickled daikon? And mango habanero chutney? I don't even know, but if I've learned anything in my epicurean quest it is that you probably shouldn't ask questions, well except is it gluten free? And it can be! Gluten free buns are a 1.00 extra which seems pretty standard. I had the Californian with a gf bun and sweet potato fries. My fiancé had the steakhouse with waffle fries. Both were very good. It's obvious that the beef is of a higher quality than your average burger joint and the local ingredients they advertise tasted fresh and flavorful. Price is a little on the higher end, 11 for a burger, but that is a combo with fries and drink. Not to mention the portion sizes are great so that makes it well worth while! With so many amazing flavors, additional options like cheese stuffed burgers, hotdogs, and salads, it's easy to see how this place got its name.. I'm having cravings just writing about it. read more

I came with a few friends, and since this was a restaurant I frequented back in high school I had pretty high expectations because I remember it being SO good! However, although this visit was during quarantine, I found my experience slightly disappointing. The food I ordered/split: - HF Stuffed Pepperjack: $14 - HF Han Seoulo: $14 The burgers were equally as excellent as I had remembered!! I didn't even realize but they had removed some of the sauces off their menu, but they still offer them! I recommend the jalapeno ranch sauce to go with any burger. It's a light ranch and while it's creamy the sauce also has a nice kick. Obviously order the Pepperjack if you weren't feeling burgers at all and actually just wanted a circular Philly cheesesteak because that's exactly what you're getting haha. If you're feeling adventurous, the Han Seoulo was a refreshing burger that had a nice acidity that lightened the burger so it didn't feel as much as trudging through oil, but was more of a refreshing experience. The problem with going to Crave isn't their quality of food, but rather their service and prices are what hold this establishment back in my eyes. Be prepared to wait at the very least 30 min for your food! Quality begets time I guess, but we waited so long that I'm not looking forward to going back even though their food was amazing. Secondly, their burgers are overpriced for the portion that I had received. The burgers were slightly short of satisfying in my opinion, and the amount of fries they gave was just downright disappointing. They used to give more, and I'm sad that they don't do so now. All in all, I would still recommend Crave to friends! I would just tell them to bring homework for the wait. Ordering the food to go might actually be a good solution as long as you don't leave too early. read more

Tried this for the first time this past weekend and will be doing so again soon. The fact that the farmer who raises the cows and pigs is also managing the restaurant where the food is prepared and shared is very important to me. We tried several of the burgers, they were all amazing! The favorite was the You're Bacon Me Bleu. We will be back...and bring friends! read more

I had heard about this place for a while, and finally got to go. It was great! I got the Bacon me Blue burger (which came highly recommended) and sweet potato fries. It was a lot of food but super tasty. I hope to go back and try other varieties. As for accessibility, the handicap parking is a little far, but both the road and interior are smooth and level. The employee was very kind in opening doors and bringing my food/drink to my table! read more

What a bummer! My husband and I have been eagerly awaiting the opening of HF Crave's new location (even though the new location is now a 25 minute drive clear across town, instead of an easy 5 up the street). We were die-hard regulars at HF Crave's original location, totally enthralled with the farm-to-table concept, the juicy high-quality burgers and fun laidback atmosphere. So, we finally made time to drive clear across town to pick up an order-to-go for our family. The first let-down was looking at the new menu and seeing HF Crave no longer offers any stuffed burgers... Since everyone in our family consistently ordered one of the two stuffed burgers offered at the original location, that was a huge disappointment. We went ahead and ordered off the new menu anyway and my husband left to pickup the order. Even after a 25 minute drive across town, my husband still waited an additional 10 minutes for the order to be ready. Once it was ready, he tucked it in my Grubhub bag and made the drive back home. Now, one of the things about the original HF Crave I loved almost as much as the burgers were the dipping sauces. Dipping sauces come with each side of fries and I always order additional dipping sauces because I LOVE dipping things in sauces. So, the second huge let down was finding that NONE of the dipping sauces for each of the four orders of fries were included in the pick-up order and NONE of the additional sauces I ordered were included either. No stuffed burgers and no dipping sauces (even though we paid for 6 dipping sauces). At that point, the experience was already ruined for me, but I put on a brave face and took a bite out of the "You're Bacon Me Bleu." It was awful, even after accounting for the 25 minute drive back home with order. The burger itself was incredibly dry, lacked flavor and juiciness; I would describe the experience as taking a bite out of flakey cardboard wrapped in a brioche bun. There were a few crumbles of bleu cheese, but not enough to really taste (which is why we loved the stuffed burgers so much). As everyone else dug into their burgers, a silence swept across the table; not the kind of silence associated with people vigorously eating delicious food. No, this was a silence filled with bitter disappointment. No stuffed burgers, no dipping sauces and awful burgers, all for a cool $70 dollars (4 burgers, plus sides and the not-included dipping sauces, plus the additional not-included dipping sauces, plus a grilled cookie). Perhaps the wonderful fries could have saved the day, but wait! We didn't get any freakin' dipping sauces! We did our best to choke down the burgers, but ultimately it felt like we'd just paid $70 dollars for a bag of waffle fries. In summary, we will not be back. Instead, we'll make ourselves content with picking up burgers from the Red Robin up the street. Red Robin burgers aren't great by any means, but at this point they're better than HF Crave's burgers and cost a fraction of the price. The difference between the original HF Crave and New HF Crave is night and day. We mourn the loss of the original and look forward to the day when a new competitor will enter the market and start offering quality burgers (and dipping sauces) like the original HF Crave once did. Until then, unless you're a fan of waiting forever to pay a fortune for some craft beer and terrible burgers, I would suggest steering clear of the new HF Crave. read more

Took a group of six for lunch. Great service. We all had different burgers. I ordered their California Burger. The beef patty was awesome. Seasoned perfectly. Fresh avocado and grilled onions made for a great blend. All of us ordered their onion rings. These too were a big hit. Solid beer and wine selection. We did not partake because we all had to go back to work. I would highly recommend HF Crave for a quick lunch bite. Will be back to try some of their other burger selections and hopefully a cold beer. read more

The business itself was respectable. Clean, quick service, & Food was good. But the waitress was a complete pain in the end. When you order a burger, it automatically comes with a side. We specifically asked if one of our meals could have the side item out early. & she understood what the request was & confirmed we could do that. When we got the bill, that side item changed to an appetizer since it came out early. It may or may not have been her fault for that extra cost, but her response of saying "Don't yell at me, ..., & stop treating me like I'm stupid"., was totally unprofessional in the customer service world. WtHell?!? Seriously? You're the one that agreed that we could get that item early. So disrespectful to the customers, who simply asked for a correction in the bill. read more

We go here all the time and we think these are the best burgers in town hands down. They almost always hit a perfect medium on the cook of the burger and they season their crispy crisscut fries super well. We go here almost once a week. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:20, closing at 9:00. Restaurant was very clean and we were seated right away. Staff was pleasant, but more interested in completing cleaning duties than assisting customers. I had to walk to the bar to request a knife and we had to flag the waitress for refills. The presentation of the food was nice, but my burger was flavorless. Disappointing after reading other reviews. read more

So delicious! I got the HF Guac, which was really good! I added a fried egg and it really put it over the top. My husband got the Hans Seoula HF. He ate every bite! Loved the fry seasoning too! I think our only critic would be that they advertise this being a farm to table restaurant, but they automatically cook your burger medium well. I feel that if it's truly good meat they should stay true to a medium or medium rare patty. Truly good hamburger can (and should) be cooked that way. That being said, we still really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the grilled blueberry flapjack cake for dessert that was very tasty! Prices were good! We sat outside and found out that they do allow dogs, which is HUGE for us since we like to bring our puppers with us everywhere. Friendly and efficient wait staff. We went here last night for the first time. It won't be our last. D ordered the Han Seoulo. The combination was delicious. K ordered the cowboy up with added jalapeños. The burgers were cooked beautifully and had amazing flavor. I would eat just a straight hamburger here it was so tasty and juicy. We ordered sweet potato fries with spicy garlic sauce and were not disappointed. The fries came out crunchy and the sauce was amazing. While we were eating we were planning our next trip. So yeah, it was that good. I've been disappointed with some burger places in Lincoln but was impressed with the quality, quantity, and flavors here. read more

Came in on a busy Saturday and got my order in a reasonable time, considering how understaffed they were (one person taking orders, 2 people cooking). Ordered my burger "medium" and it came out perfectly cooked, juicy and seasoned just right. The toppings were high quality, and the broiche bun was great. I've eaten here four times now. Best tasting burger "patty" I've ever eaten at a restaurant. A bit on the small side, however I hear you can order a double. The fries are equally addicting. The burgers are always cooked medium and are still extremely juicy and delicious! I wonder how good it could be medium rare? Typical walk up and order place. Prices are high for A burger, but the quality defiantly backs it up. My four times here, I've ordered a different burger. The toppings are on par for a burger joint. Visited this place for the first time a few weeks ago after a basketball game. It was not busy at all. The service was very slow. We waited 45 minutes before we got our food. When we got our food the burger was smaller than the bun and was not very warm. I will say we had a very nice waitress who felt bad and gave me my meal free. I told her I appreciated that.
