The drink was topped with a foam and we asked if we could leave out the foam. It would not have changed anything about how the drink was made aside from it simply not being topped with this foam. The answer was a hard no, the owners do not allow it. The manager came and talked to me. She was pleasant and I appreciated her taking the time to hear my feedback.
